We catered Chipotle for my birthday party and it was a great experience. We ordered for 15 people but only had about 10 people for the dinner- so there were plenty left overs. We ordered 3 proteins and some chips. They also supplied all the utensils and bowls we would need. Everyone loved it! Very happy and we would order again.

Disgusting. I ordered a burrito with guacamole in it today for lunch, and the guacamole was old and brown. Now I’m sick in bed. $18 for a burrito and chips with queso blanco, total waste of money. This is the 2nd time this has happen to me at Chipotle, the prior was at the Sewell location. I will never give my money to this establishment again. Two strikes and you’re out for me.

The staff are so unbelievably rude!! The have the worst attitude ever!! They roll their eyes and when I talk they are annoyed and act like I’m stupid. They are very disrespectful. Also they are very slow when making orders. Food is good, but there is always a piece of corn, or lettuce in the rice or cheese. Also rice is never fresh and is always hard. Pancheros is much better!!

Corporate needs to come and shut this place down. Waited for an hour for my food for it to be thrown into the bag and mixed with pork, which I’m not allowed to eat. If you have any food allergies stay away from this place they cross contaminate everything without a care. I have no idea how this restaurant has been getting away with selling unsafe food with such poor quality for so long without the state being involved. My food wasn’t even covered all the way which caused food to spill into the bag. This store needs some new management asap or it won’t last another 2 years. Adding the name Chipotle on a store isn’t all it takes to run Chipotle. What’s a Chipotle if they don’t uphold the Corporate foundation that’s made them such a successful business?

This location has consistently messed up our orders. Over the past couple of years this establishment has provided poor careless service. Our orders are usually missing an item or worse the food itself is not edible. The tacos are soggy, torn, or missing main ingredients. The cheese quesadillas will come packed without cheese, essentially a plain tortilla. I would recommend going someplace else, or at least a different Chipotle. Buyers beware.

This location was pretty cool. You sideways know the quality of the food at any Chipotle. The only thing I will always dislike is the amount protein on your tacos, burrito or inside your bowl is determined by someone’s judgement. You may get the person to fill your taco up with steak or give you once piece of steak per taco. It’s however the server’s feeling that day.. Once Chipotle comes up with the measuring spoon for the meals, it’s then that you’ll get the perfect order every time….

Wow Chipotle…just wow. I don’t know what’s going on with this company but they are completely ripping people off and price gouging the items on the menu. Not to mention their idea of a bag of chips is not even half full! Seriously! Not to mention my guac was brown and old. I will be contacting corporate. This company is going downhill. Such a shame. I started going to Chipotle when I lived in California and always loved them, now they’re just another pinche` low class nothing special chain.

This location is so close to me yet I chose always to go different location or eat less Chipotle. Today, Chipotle offered everyone BOGO. Just like others I waited in line too for 40 minutes but the customer ahead of me happened to get 2 entrees so it comes out to be 2 free and i saw that it was only charged for two which was absolutely fine. I was next and asked the lady in the front if i can get two entrees with two free. She said that was ok and I was also aware that it was advertised by Chipotle to have two free items per customer and transaction with each free item requires a purchase. At checkout i was told by the manager that i am not allowed to have 2 free items because she was told not to. Not knowing at that time that she was the manager I told her I have another family member in the car outside waiting who is handicap and can’t walk inside and wait in the long line like this. She said tell your dad to come inside and pay for the other one to get free item when i was right there paying for food. Who is she to tell me what to do to get two free entrees. Sadly, I told her to take out two prepared items and only charge me for one instead and she was ok to do so and not give me food. I did mentioned to her that the person whom you just spoke in spanish ahead of me got exactly the same thing and you honored it with the smile. I made her read right on the Chipotle site that it stated that customers are allowed to buy two to get two free. She looked at me speechless and when i asked her is it your manager telling you to do so than i don’t want to bother due to other people waiting in line also until she said that she was the manager. She was so arrogant not listening to me and telling me that go do the survey. Wow. Does Chipotle franchisee trained their employees to do so and just pushed it over to make them do survey and not even bother? Does anyone know at this location what’s going on when i had found too many times bones in the chicken and also today? They were out of white rice within 3 hours because i was the last one to get it but still she only gave me one entree free. Manager seems to do favoritism in the event like this. Manager was ok to not give me prepared meals for dinner but was ok to tell me to have my dad walk in who is handicap just to pay so that she can give me one free entree really Chipotle? I am head of many social events but moving forward I’ll make sure we never get anything cater to our events. I’ll make sure we will remove Chipotle in general from our list doing any business. Management needs lots of training from backend to front end serving food and dealing with customers. Please do see photos and I’ll wait from Chipotle hearing back after this. Shame on Chipotle for hosting events like this and in one of the prime locations they can’t have people trained to handle pressure or serve at least cooked food.
