The One
This place is going down hill since they opened. I found a good size of avocado skin in my guacamole. Thank God I didn’t choke on it. The chicken in my chicken quesadilla was burnt. I had to scrub off the black burntness of my quesadilla from the outside. Plus, we order chips and queso and never received the nachos. Didn’t notice until we got home. Chiptole do better!!!

There is apparently a new employee who takes her break in the restaurant and FaceTime’s a friend …her phone volume is cranked up and you have to listen to her scratchy conversation rather than enjoy a peaceful lunch! BUY EARBUDS. Will not go here any more. 3 strikes.

I love going to Chipotle and today i was in the mood for it . So i went for lunch around 2:30 pm Marlton Pike Cherry Hill Location on July 5th. I got a Bowl with Chicken in it . Got home and was enjoying my bowl untill i almost choked on a bone that was in my chicken. I tried calling knowone there to pick up phone i guess . I would love to talk to someone about this . I just want to know for the first time why there was a bone. If you see in my picture that bone is sharp yeah i am alive. Smh i want answers!!!

I ordered from this location a few days ago online. I first ordered a bowl which when I got back home was the completely wrong order with things inside I didn’t even put on the order. Then I went back to the restaurant with an extra order of tacos as well. I got the correct bowl, but the tacos were absolutely horrible. 3 tacos for 12$ and the picture below is all that was in them… ridiculous. Will never come to this chipotle again and rude service as well

My favorite Chipotle spot to go to in the area. 4/5 because every couple times I go I get not so good service (poor attitude) coupled with extremely small portions. However, that being said, when it’s good, it’s good!

UPDATE! Ordered again tonight and it appears that last week was an “off” night. Everything was great tonight! I probably won’t order the veggie bowl again as the serving of guac was too minimal to be the protein, but that is my only gripe at this point.
This is my veggie burrito bowl tonight, that I paid over $10 for. Ordered and paid for extra fajita veggies and received a minimal amount of onions (where are the bell peppers that I paid for???). Ordered black beans and received a small amount of pink kidney beans. Barely any guac at all. This bowl basically consisted of romaine, white rice, and onions. So underwhelming considering what I ordered/paid for. Three other entrees were also missing black beans. I guess they were out of stock…? Thanks for letting us know we weren’t getting what we paid for. I hate complaining (and almost never do!) but this was the absolute worst experience, and we order out a LOT.

The chart illustrates how the organization is structured, but the real issue is performance. Customers are walking away unhappy because service is careless and the food doesn’t meet expectations. These problems are costing the company money and reputation.
Unless there’s a serious reset—through leadership decisions, stronger accountability, and real investment in staff—things will only decline further. The business can’t afford to ignore this any longer.

Ordered 2 days in a row, and both days orders were wrong. Last night order was missing guacamole, today’s order is completely different than what I Ordered from the app, called the store few times, no one picking up, you will have no one to talk to when u have issue. So be prepared for whatever they feel like throwing at if u order from this Chipotle!!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location really dropped the ball. I ordered a bowl and when I went to sit down, I noticed the lid was visibly dirty—like, smudged and greasy, as if it had already been used. Definitely not something you expect when picking up food. I asked a staff member for a clean lid and got a dismissive attitude instead of an apology. Not only was the service unprofessional, but it also felt like basic hygiene wasn’t a priority. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
