I love going to Chipotle and today i was in the mood for it . So i went for lunch around 2:30 pm Marlton Pike Cherry Hill Location on July 5th. I got a Bowl with Chicken in it . Got home and was enjoying my bowl untill i almost choked on a bone that was in my chicken. I tried calling knowone there to pick up phone i guess . I would love to talk to someone about this . I just want to know for the first time why there was a bone. If you see in my picture that bone is sharp yeah i am alive. Smh i want answers!!!

My favorite Chipotle spot to go to in the area. 4/5 because every couple times I go I get not so good service (poor attitude) coupled with extremely small portions. However, that being said, when it’s good, it’s good!

I went to my local Chipotle 5 minutes before closing and the floors were wiped and food put away. It was 9:55pm and the young lady told me they were closing early which I’m uncertain if it was authorized or not. So I had to travel to the Asian Bamboo Chinese restaurant who was closing the same time as Chipotle but still allowed me to place an order. I also recalled visiting other Chipotles that actually stayed opened until exactly 10pm or other specified closing time. I think it’s unprofessional to close earlier than the actual store hours.

I ordered from this location a few days ago online. I first ordered a bowl which when I got back home was the completely wrong order with things inside I didn’t even put on the order. Then I went back to the restaurant with an extra order of tacos as well. I got the correct bowl, but the tacos were absolutely horrible. 3 tacos for 12$ and the picture below is all that was in them… ridiculous. Will never come to this chipotle again and rude service as well

I just walked out I walked in at 9:05pm everyone looks like they’re cleaning. It seems as though no one wanted to take my order. As I stood there with the looking loss. I just walk out… they close at 10:00pm right?

Plastic and Bone. Soo Gross!! First bite, plastic. I hung in there and kept eating and about 5 more bites in, huge thick bone. No more bites after that. Why my husband went here in the first place after these reviews, is beyond me. Also, the quality of food and taste was non existent. Probably better food from a dumpster at Taco Bell. I would also like to note that I was starving when I ate this, even though I don’t know was starving is. Thanks for nothing. Shutter down. Won’t be eating at any Chipotle locations after this tramautization.

Food is always amazing…the 3 star rating goes strictly to management at this location. I live close by and come often..they are severely understaffed here. They are swamped at the counter and a super long pick up line with 3 ppl! They have to help the people inside (sometimes takes 45 minutes) until they can come to the drive through window. Please come by week nights 7-close and see what a usual week night is like so we can help the poor staff!

UPDATE! Ordered again tonight and it appears that last week was an “off” night. Everything was great tonight! I probably won’t order the veggie bowl again as the serving of guac was too minimal to be the protein, but that is my only gripe at this point.
