This place used to be trendy. But they have definitely gone downhill. I’m done going there. The prices are a bit on the high side and it’s difficult to know how much the add-ons are. The servings have gotten skimpy while the prices have gone up. The last meal I got there was so spicy I couldn’t finish it. Honestly, it’s not a great value and the food is somewhere between meh and bad. There are so many better options out there that we won’t be going back.

Chipotle is always good food. Once in awhile the chips can be “iffy” but, not this time. Make sure you grab some guacamole too. This location was nice, and near all kinds of shopping as well.

I ordered online for mobile pickup. Once I got home and took the bowl out of the bag I could tell it was poorly made by the weight of it. I opened it and there was barley any food with ingredients missing! I paid for extras (extra chicken and queso) other ingredients were also missing. Usually I like to give the benefit of the doubt but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Maybe I’m just extremely hangry but I’m so disappointed I paid 20 dollars for this. I even tried to contact the restaurant and it brings me to a robot that is no help.

My fiance and I went here on 11/26 at around 9:30 PM, 2/4 employees were sitting down eating their own chipotle while we were waiting to get served. When two of the working employees (the nice Hispanic lady with glasses and a young black man) told us we would get served soon, I asked about the BOGO deal. They let the other two non working employees answer, and they told us that they were no longer serving the deal “because their boss told them so”. I showed them on the official Chipotle website that it was from 4PM to close local time. This location closes at 11PM. When they told us they wouldnt give it to us, we left. I made it very clear that what they were doing was wrong: having only two employees mentioned above working while the other two (Another Hispanic woman with a lot of eyeliner/mascara and a young white boy) are just sitting having conversation and eating their chipotle while there’s people waiting to be served, and then not respecting the BOGO deal to not only just my fiance and I but to another couple that was waiting for their food too. I then went to Flanders Chipotle, where I DID receive my BOGO deal. This was absolutely ridiculous, and the two employees need to be held accountable and terminated because I guarantee we were not the only people they refused to service. And if the two lazy employees see this review, shame on both of you. Your job is to serve food, you’re acting like you’re working a blue/white collar job. Don’t want to work? Then don’t work. I have already called corporate and made a complaint but wanted to make sure something actually gets done from this. To the general/field manager: check CCTV, I guarantee you will see everything that went down. 11/26 at around 9:30PM.

Ordered a steak bowl with brown rice for pickup. The portion size was solid, but the steak was tough and had an off, stale taste. I had read the reviews beforehand and ordered anyway for convenience since it was on my route. In hindsight, it would have been better to take the extra time and go to the Flanders location instead.

Service is honestly terrible every day I come here. Today, I was given half of a scoop of chicken for my bowl. I asked for more, and was given another half scoop and was then charged for double protein. I was genuinely offended by how little she tried to give me. I remember when the standard was 2 fulls scoops of your protein of choice. Now they are just price gauging. I will no longer spend my money here. I will be taking my business to chipotle in Flanders or bubbakoos in Budd Lake!

This is the only Chipotle location where I seem to have an issue every time I visit. This was my most recent experience:
I ordered three chicken bowls and one steak bowl, and the employee flat-out said there was no more steak. That’s like going to McDonald’s and being told there are no hamburgers.
The employee then packed all four bowls into one bag along with the guac and sauce sides. When I picked up the bag, one of the sauce containers had opened and spilled all over everything.
When I brought this to their attention, instead of receiving an apology, I was told to “chill out.”
This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to, which is really disappointing.

2024 – Updated Review – Been here a few times over the past month and each time with a different experience. One thing is certain that paying more for a lot less product. My last wrap was embarrassing. I asked for only 3 ingredients and tk say that they skimp is an understatement. Just look at the amount of chips you get in the bag as well. Making it difficult to go.back.
2022 -Parking…Who ever designed this did not think about traffic flow. Total chaos in this lot, the Starbucks Drive thru just adds to the frustration. Keep your head on a swivel, a lot going on here. Do yourself a favor and do not park in the front of the store entrance. The spots are tight, this is in addition to the other issues. Amazing, someone hired and paid a architectural firm for this. On to the Chipotle experience. New Store, same over priced menu..$5 for Chips and Queso. Didnt get much at all. The Queso ended up spilling and covered the bottom of my to go bag. They replaced the order, but didn’t seem to happy about doing so..Anyway, not a big fan of Corporate Cookie Cutters. Too Many Authentic Mexican Small Businesses in the area to get the real deal. Just your average Chipotle you can get anywhere.

Visited this chipotle last night and all I can say is that I’ve been suffering with extreme stomach and body pain. I woke up at 3 in the morning throwing up due to something being wrong with the food…certain chipotle locations are notorious for having different types of bacteria in their food. Do not recommend whatsoever, still currently in insane amounts of pain and will be forced to visit an urgent care to find a solution.

I decided to stop at Chipotle to get a bite to eat and when I arrived I parked in the parking lot. I wanted to try their new plant based chorizo. I ordered online and it was done when I got there. I ordered for my clients as well and nothing was marked so I had to look through all the meals to see which was which and the staff was no help. When I did try the plant based chorizo bowl it was pretty good though but the rest of the experience not so much.
