1/7/26, I went out with my coworker for lunch and ordered a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, corn, chicken, cheese, and salsa. Not even five minutes after I started eating, I noticed a piece of plastic sticking out of the food. It was clearly Saran Wrap, and based on the color, it likely came from either the pinto beans or the chicken. This is extremely unhygienic and could have been dangerous if I hadn’t caught it in time.
I wasted my entire lunch break ordering here only to receive low‑quality food. Given the situation and the contamination I found in my meal.

Your restaurant is very good and the people who work there are very respectful but there is there is there is a black woman and does not respect if you come to pick up an order, he will look at you badly it is several times she did to me to pick up the orders at here but other people who work there are very respectful. There is a man, he is very respectful towards the customer and towards the people who make the delivery.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered chicken, and the portion was shockingly small — just a few tiny pieces tossed in the bowl. For the price you pay, this is unacceptable. It feels like they’re cutting corners on purpose. If you’re hungry and expect a fair portion, go somewhere else. Plenty of other places give you better value and treat customers right.

Not sure why the terrible reviews so much. This place is pretty good and no lines at all. Veggie option served generously. I would just say the place is not super clean on the tables had some leftovers from other guests on there.

Horrible experience. Ordered 4 bowls online and when I left the store my entire order was leaking as I went into the bad all of the orders were smashed. Got home and all of our food was extremely spicy when I did not order that considering I have children. Do not recommend.

This place is very disgusting. Has the worst service ever. The lady Aryana was very discriminating and disrespectful. She threw the order at me and was very rude while mu pick up order. The people here need to be trained and when I told her I will write a review , she was like go ahead and do it. People don’t care here. And I got a bowl without chicken. How can you give a bowl without protein. The staff and service specially need improvement and some politeness to their customers. The food is so better at Chipotles, this location is the worst.

Lisa is amazing. She was my server and I didnt have her before. I dont know if she’s new or been here but from now on. I want Lisa serving me. I’ve been here a few times before and others have disappointed me. But Lisa is the embodiment of the place. Her attitude is fantastic. She deserves recognition. Although this place is 2 and a half stars she’s holding it down and actually turning the place around one customer at a time. At least with me and my wife.

Chipotle management if you read reviews, do yourself a favor and shut down this location. Worst service, quality of food is rotten and hygiene far from maintained. Also teach your staff some basic manners and courtesy as customers keep their wages going. Showing customers attitudes while in the food servicing business is far from ideal.

The place was clean enough but- we have been eating Chipotle for years. It’s my kid’s favorite after school. Never have we ever received a bow SO empty we can see the bottom. Hear the empty spaces. I asked for more beans and more rice to fill the bowl, the staff refused and had an attitude. I asked for chicken and all the veggies, only to open my bowl and find half the toppings missing as well. I could have gotten more food at Taco Bell for the same price. Worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to.

I have been to many chipotles but this one has to be the worst. The server, who was the manager, was putting the ingredients into the bowl like a punishment. When we questioned her about a policy, she had no response and responded “blame TikTok” very rudely. What kind of manager gets their information off of TikTok? I ordered 2 chicken bowls and 2 veggie bowls and she did not even put a marker so we know which is witch. Overall, she was very rude and did not even know anything about the policies. From now on, I will never visit this chipotle branch again.
