I ordered a steak burrito and barely have any steak in the burrito. The burrito is very small and the tortilla tastes stale. i’m very unhappy I will never be coming back to this particular chipotle ever.

This is now the third time I’ve received sour cream with a strange color in it. I placed an order with lettuce, no guacamole and received an order with guacamole and no lettuce. This location is very disorderly and is in desperate need of retraining for the staff.

I’ve been to about 50+
different chipotle’s all over the country, this one must be the one with the smallest portions of any meat we ever had. When I asked for the right amount, they threatened they were gonna charge me more, the gave me a little more making it sound they were providing me a service by actually giving me the amount I was paying for.
Coincidentally the two guys in front of me also asked for the same thing.

Looking at the other reviews it would be useless to talk about how dirty it is in that place. The service manager says that corporate ask them to send people home and then they don’t have enough staff for cleaning.
Must be the only one around because Hamden chipotle is by far the dirtiest I have ever visited. Shame on you, all of you. Corporate and staff. How dare you disrespect your customers who pay good good money for your food and then can’t even sit down to eat on a clean space. Disgusting.

The food is good, ofc it’s chipotle. But service is sometimes bad but also sometimes good. I’m a teen but look young and a women was getting mad at me bc I couldn’t hear her and she was speaking to fast so I couldn’t hear and the lady was like “this is why I don’t like kids here” and she had such an attitude when making my food and was very rude. On the other side most of the other employees are nice. But the tables and chairs are mostly dirty.

This location has serious service & sanitation issues. Ordered the food in advance and received a notice on my phone that it was done, went in to get it & it took another 30 minutes for the order to be fulfilled. The place is nasty. Somebody call the city. I recommend this location be shut down!

It’s finally time I write this review. I want to preface that I frequent many different Chipotle’s in the area. From Branford to Milford to Fairfield. Hamden Chipotle has been skimping on the meat for too long. Every time I order a bowl online, there is less than half of the chicken than there should be. I do not experience this at any other Chipotle. Enough is enough. I have complained to Chipotle customer service many times. If this continues, I will be contacting corporate. Hamden has been ripping consumers off for too long and getting away with it for too long. I will not stand for a $11 bowl of rice and corn.

Extremely dirty facility. This place needs better management there is no reason a chipotle should be this disgusting at 10pm on a Tuesday. On top of everything else, they constantly run out of food before they even close. We arrived 9:50pm here is what they were sold out of : white rice, veggies, sour cream, corn, and al pastor chicken. There is no reason dude should be cleaning the grill and not putting more food on. This is unsanitary for this place to be so dirty. Somebody should call the health department.

Ive been going to chipotle for years but this place was DISGUSTING. I even contemplated getting food at this place and almost walked out. As soon as I walked in, I saw the trash overfilling and the assembly line was NASTY with food all mixing together. The kitchen was disgusting behind the assembly line and the bathrooms even worst. How has this place not been shut down yet? I am astonished at how filthy this place was.
