Maybe don’t take a phone call while making my order and just walk away because a phone call was more important. There was about 5 workers just standing there while it was just three people in line, no one showed a bit of urgency to complete the costumers orders. All were literally having a conversation with each-other while we were just waiting in line and just acted like we weren’t there. Great costumer service ! Foods good costumer service not as good, most of them looked like they didn’t want to be there.

My first and last time at this chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl and found 4 pieces of chicken in it. I politely requested if they would be willing to put more chicken in my bowl and the lady laughed and said your good. Overall Great experience!

Weirdly got discriminated against for literally asking for extra rice. Very petty. White men in front of me asked extra rice AND meat, stacked their bowl, and then when I asked for just extra rice, Pete told me no because of the line and everyone has to eat. But no one hesitated to give the white men in front of me everything they requested. And then gave me the littlest scoops of everything after that. Very weird, very rude, very petty. 0/10. Would not recommend coming here if Pete is here and you’re a nonwhite person.

The best Chipotle I’ve been to. Crowded, but excellent service, and they keep all ingredients well stocked…including the fajita vegetables, which the other local Chipotles dint even make anymore! Generous portions and speedy service.

Terrible experience lol. After waiting in a huge line, they run out of sour cream and lettuce. Ok fine. Employee tells me there’s none in the building… Not a problem… Then I watch the take out employee use both sour cream and lettuce. When asked why I couldn’t have it on my bowl she replied “that’s for take out customer only you can’t have it”… So I actually come into your store and suffer a penalty for that? Besides it’s always filthy and the trash can is overflowing. I love chipotle but literally drive to any other location lol

I try to be fair. I rarely leave poor reviews of anyone but holy hell that was awful. Not only did they get he order wrong – which isn’t even that big of a deal because that’s pretty normal for this location – but the place was an absolute dump inside. After the slopped my order together they did a great job of letting it cool for me because it sat waiting to be bagged for 8 minutes. A wrong order is even worse when it’s served to you at room temperature.
