Ordered a chicken salad with light beans and light rice… So they instead packed the bowl with it and didn’t even put the chicken in? Ontop of it, the kid who made it was extremely rude and shook his head at me when his coworker asked him to make my order and handed him the ticket. Then rudely placed it infront of me and turned his head away to shake it when i said thank you. Then for him to not even put the chicken i paid for is criminal. Also location is dirty as hell

I had an incredible experience at this Chipotle today! Dominick and Dallom were absolutely fantastic. They were both super friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect even though it was busy. It’s rare to see that kind of teamwork and positive energy behind the counter. They really elevated the whole visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

The worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced. I went with a group of friends, and we were shocked at the quality of their “customer service.” My friend asked for a cup of water—at 6:30–and the employee said they were out of water. Don’t know how that’s possible, but alright. The place was a mess. the tables were messy, the chairs were stained, and the air was thick. Then, when I went to go pay for my burrito, the employee was incoherent. He spoke in lowercase. I said “huh” probably three times, and I got close enough to hear him say, with my hand reaching out to him with a 20$ bill, “we don’t have change.” Dunno how that’s possible either. My friend had ordered a burrito, and sure, it was packed, but the wrap broke and they sloppily rolled another cold wrap onto it to try and fix the problem. He claimed that this was the second time that happened, earlier that week. He appeared to have never rolled a burrito before, making a sloppy mess. 0/10, would not recommend.

This isn’t a Chipotle. Service was ok. Nothing tasted right in my bowl – every ingredient tasted burnt, not fresh, or unseasoned. Dining room is super messy like other reviews say. The door locks also don’t work right on the bathrooms so someone walked in on me. Skip this one and go somewhere else.

I jokingly said to my husband that there was only going to be two pieces of chicken left on their line when we got there yesterday at 6pm but there was also, no meat at all, no cheese, no guac, no wraps. The kid who made our food was running between the main food line and another in the back where you can’t see anything and carrying the spoon or tongs across the register area and back to our burritos (gross?)

the guy behind him was sharpening a knife for 5 mins with meat sitting on the counter in their prep area, after they finished my burrito with the scraps of corn salsa and sofritas that were left, he started to cut steak so my husband asked if he could have that and the employee rolled their eyes lol like it was asking a lot for … food for the burrito.

When she finished putting together the burrito she rolled it into like a snowball? It was just a round hot mess.

The employee didn’t know how to make a kids quesadilla and started putting all the items in the container like build your own tacos, then the manager (I’m assuming? Idk. I told her there was no meat when she was checking me out asking what protein my husband was getting, and she looked at me like why are you talking to me and didn’t move at all so I’m assuming she was a manager just a really bad one)

It took two employees to figure out how to make a kids quesadilla, the above manager? Yelled at them down the line and said oh my godddddd when they started making it like tacos.

Then someone got nailed with a tray of queso and it went everywhere and the employee shrieked and then someone else yelled omg are you burned while the other two employees laughed??

We debated whether to eat there but literally every single table was so disgusting and based on these reviews I honestly can’t understand how the health inspector hasn’t given this location a visit

Oh yeah, and when we got home our food was ICE cold. We live 6 minutes away. How could that happen unless the rice and beans and proteins were already cold? Literally gross..

I get that finding good staff is hard but this location can’t find one employee with a good personality that can make a burrito or clean a table??? it’s not like there was no food because they were super busy and the employees were like hey sorry about that. They looked at us like we were an inconvenience for just existing.

I’ve never wanted 40 dollars back more than I do rn.

Shut this place down!!! The food was cold, though the employees were polite to me but not my friend they had a horrible attitude towards my friend. We didn’t wait too long however so disappointing when we got home. The rice had so many hard parts and was not cooked all the way. Not enough lettuce and the chicken was shredded to bits and pieces almost inedible at some points. Will never come back to this place. You can tell that nobody wants to work there and management and corporate are a hot mess. None of the cheese melted at all and the entire bowl was cold. It was such a mess in there too.

This has got to be the absolute worst location I’ve been to. There’s never any food… The lobby is ALWAYS filthy. Where’s management? Is there a shift supervisor that delegates tasks? Something definitely needs to change. After multiple chances.. I will not be back

Ordered take-out from this location via the app and upon opening it when we got home, all of the orders for 4 people were missing multiple items including a side of chips. The chicken on all 4 meals was way overdone and actually burnt. Trying to contact the store resulted in a voicemail full message and filling out the incorrect/missing order page on the app gave me vouchers for free food – not an acceptable solution when the meals were really just about inedible. Ultimately had to call the 1-800 number to get through to a real person to initiate a refund. I haven’t had many issues going to the restaurant in the past, but I would absolutely not trust the store to prepare an order for pick-up again.

I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The last three times I visited, something went wrong each time.

On my first visit, they were completely out of steak and brown rice—even though it was only 3 p.m. The second time, the food area was messy, ingredients were scattered across the countertop, and several items I wanted were unavailable.

On my most recent visit, the employee preparing my food had just been handling cash at the register and then attempted to make my burrito without changing his gloves. When I politely asked him to change them, he gave me attitude and continued to act irritated throughout the rest of my order. As a result, both my bowl and my burrito were made carelessly and very messily, with little effort put into preparing them properly.

Overall, this Chipotle used to be very good, but the customer service and food quality have declined substantially over time. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
