Franchise owner needs to visit. Tables are consistently dirty, found a food label in our food, and the employees do not care. There’s trash on the counter near the drinks, and I didn’t see any effort to wipe food off the tables. If this is what is happening in the dining room, what’s happening behind the scenes?
And no, it’s not understaffed. There are 6 people behind the counter and it is not that busy.

Extremely disappointed. I never went to the Branford location before and the one time I did, they got the order completely wrong. It wasn’t even busy in there either. I was going to try the new “protein” option, and instead got the completely wrong order. To whoever’s order i got, prayers to you cause it was just steak, white rice, sour cream and lettuce LOL. Either eay, never going back cause it seems like they don’t pay any attention

Filthy store ran by clueless and rude toddlers. Food is old and crusty and they look at you like you’re the problem when you ask to have fresh food that isn’t from the bottom of the pan that’s been sitting for hours lol. ordered online, had to wait an additional half hour on top of when my order was supposed to be ready. food all over table and floor, trash piled high and onto the table next to it. 20 other people waiting for their order. finally got in line to order myself instead of waiting on staff and chips to be cooked and got hard, old rice and everything else was cold. didn’t even finish eating it.

THE worst Chipotle i’ve ever been to, and it hurts to say because i love Chipotle and have been eating it for over 10 years.
I stopped to eat since i was in the branford area, thinking it was going to be a great location… man was i wrong…
everything a complete disaster.
Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, dirty counter where they serve you the food.
Trash overfilling, no sauces, no napkins.
The actual food was good, only thing that sucked was the rice. it stuck together mushy and disgusting.
The owner should be embarrassed, because he’s clearly lacking leadership.
the workers were young, they had a nice attitude but they were lost.
The Owner and Management CLEARLY don’t care.

One of the worst places, no good service, low quantity and when I asked for more they gave me attitude, don’t recommend to others, Avocado looked like it was there for 3 days and the color looked so bad, you feel like your about to vomit. Chicken was bad and it was out in the front, the lady went to the back and hand put the chicken in the bowl, never seen a Chipotle like this, I want a refund for my three bowl order. I had to throw it away because of the avocados’ smell

This location is disgusting. You walk in the door and every surface is dirty. Tables have food and napkins left on them, the self service drinks and cutlery area is missing forks and napkins. The kitchen is a disaster with food on the floor and pans everywhere. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even place an order and left. I’m baffled how the health department hasn’t shut this location down yet.

I only do mobile orders and they’re always great. There was 1 occasion last year I believe where a mobile order took like 30 minutes longer than it should have but that is the only negative experience I have ever had here. I understand that sometimes you’re not staffed well and that during busy times that can lead to delays. Otherwise, these guys are always on time and fill the bowl. They don’t skimp. Food is delicious, well priced, well filled.

This location is a victim of its own success, and of being the only location along this part of the Connecticut shoreline. This place is literally always overly busy, to the point that the bathrooms and garbage are overflowing at all times let me run out of utensils and napkins and you have to go to the counter and ask for them. The kids who work here, and yes they are kids so please remember that, are trying their best. But they just simply can’t keep up with the volume of this location. You could probably build a second Chipotle right next to this one, and they would both be full at all times. So, be warned especially if you are in a hurry or if you’re super picky and are going to complain about the restaurant looking like a hot mess. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a manager at this location, or anyone who looks like they’re over the age of 19, but this place would definitely benefit from more adult leadership especially when it is busy. It seems that they are directionless, despite trying as hard as they can.

Quiet possibly the most unappealing and disgusting dining room ive ever walked into. First time here and absolutely my last. 7 employees behind the counter. Not 1 single clean table. GROSS GROSS GROSS. I should’ve walked out. MANAGEMENT needs to wake up. These kids are doing nothing. I came to eat with my family and were forced to take out. Unhygienic and really just bad for business. Branford is a nice town not a dump. Clean your business up owner.
