When I got there I was second in line. The servers were friendly. The first server made a burrito for the customer in front of me that was so huge (5″+) that it didn’t and wouldn’t roll up, but he kept trying. He eventually after about 5 minutes of fighting got it into 3 tortillas and 4 pieces of foil. Meanwhile my half done bowl sits, and the line starts building behind me. Another server finally completed my bowl and while a little frustrated I moved along. At the register the same first server rang me up and gave me a complimentary drink cup.
I had every intention to stay and eat, but this gets strange. The soda fountain was in parts has go ice. Another customer kindly told me to ask for ice at the register, so I did. That took another 5 minutes to get. I went back to the soda machine area and filled my drink and find everything else needed to dine in. There were no forks to be found. I went back to the counter for a fork to eat and after another few minutes was finally told by the leader that they were out of forks.
I HAD every intention of dining in. I left the complimentary soda and left frustrated with a lukewarm bowl in a bag headed home.
I really hope this is not the norm and a rare exception to how they do business.
I probably won’t be back.

The chips they gave us were so stale that they’re brown. I paid $8 for these chips. Don’t eat here. These should have been thrown out days ago…I bet they keep expired food and sell it to people. Nasty…

Brett and Wes are honestly the greatest.
Wes remembered my order from start to finish without me having to even say a single word, and when they ran low on the protein, offered a substitute at no extra cost. Really awesome dude
And I really enjoyed the attention to detail that Brett had when taking my order. Dude spread the meal so evenly across the bowl and that showed care and due diligence.
Top notch service by both of these guys!

Food is fine- I would just avoid ordering for pickup. Walking inside goes pretty fast and service is good.
Pickup however, absolutely not worth it. Had a pickup scheduled for 6:20pm. Didn’t get through the backed up line to receive my meal until 7:00pm. 40 minute wait for a cold meal. Again, just avoid ordering for pickup.

Bret was incredibly nice and polite. Gave me faith in fast food service. I hope his manager appreciates him and if there’s anyone who deserves a raise or bonus it would be him.

Visited this Chipotle location today absolutely unacceptable conditions.
Bathroom: Toilet was overflowing onto the floor. When I reported it, employees said “there’s nothing we can do.” Asked for a manager, they claimed there wasn’t one. I asked if they could at least block it off or post a sign for safety, and they refused.
Food Line: Visible cross-contamination, meat and veggies mixed together, burnt scraps all over the grill. Most pans were 90% empty and looked old and dry.
Employee Conduct: Staff were eating while preparing food, being rude to customers, and creating a hostile atmosphere.
Cleanliness: Floors filthy. Zero sense of sanitation.
Receipts/Proof: System “down,” so no receipt provided, and customers were not allowed to photograph their order screen.
This is easily the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Unsanitary, unprofessional, and unsafe. I regret not taking photos, but this location needs an immediate health inspection and management review.

whole restaurant was out of meat. still taking orders through the app. employee didn’t know how to help me request a refund. store needs to close when out of that many ingredients. not fair to costumers to waste their time coming there.

I’ve been to this chipotle a few times and usually it’s ok. Meh service and a bit skimpy on the portions but today roughly my 5th or so time at the location I ordered double chicken in my bowl and received none. I didn’t know until I had already left and got home but it’s just crazy that instead of replacing the ingredient with another protein if they ran out or telling me at the drive through, they just gave me my bag without mentioning it and charged me the extra amount for double portion.
I’m going to avoid this location from here on out.

My first visit here they gave me the wrong order after telling them my name.
Many months later I gave them another chance and they still have delivered terrible service and terrible quality in food. I would highly recommend going to to the Groton Location. Do not spend your money at the waterford location. Clearly they do not care at all. They have staff that do not care about their jobs and the food.
