This location was filthy. They were out of quite a few ingredients, including all chips and all of the beverage dispenser drinks at 6pm on a week day. The kids meals come with chips or fruit – both not available. No alternative, no “sorry we are out.” Go to the other location Manchester or go to Moe’s. The staff was really loud chatting with one another and it was clear they weren’t caring much about anything going on.

The food is average, it would be good if they noticed the flavor of the chipotle at 1313 S Main St Torrinton, it tastes very good but this could be improved at the same time, put less salt on the chips and mix the red sauce with chipotle tobacco which would give it a good flavor.

We ordered through the drive-thru today and had a very disappointing experience.
We ordered a bowl for my son. The chicken in the bowl was burnt and overcooked. On top of that, sour cream was missing even though it was clearly included in the order.
The most concerning issue, was finding a blunt hair in the food. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food handling and quality control.
Overall, this was a very poor experience — especially when ordering for a child. We expect better attention to detail and hygiene. Extremely disappointed.

I just came from there and all I can say is eww. It’s 7:30pm on a Saturday and My chicken was so chewy. I’m not even picky so for me to say this is shocking. I had to make this review because that’s actually gross. I almost checked to see if it was fully cooked it was that bad. I was pulling pieces out after every bite. Please do better. I stopped going to the Manchester one because everyone knows they are always out of items so I was excited to try this one but no way will I return. The Glastonbury one is superior and is always hot, fresh and not chewy meat.

First, the restaurant was filthy: dirty floors, dirty glass above food, dirty tables, trash overflowing. Second, slow service, only one person preparing meals, who also had to do checkout. Third, food containers had dried food on them from who-knows-how-long ago. Everything looked like it was old leftovers despite my trip time being about 2pm. I watched someone take the temperature of the food in the wells (good) but it was a giant fail as the first thing I noticed when biting into my burrito was how cool the chicken was. It was definitely NOT up to temp, a major red flag for getting food poisoning. Lastly, the chicken was burnt.

Came here at 8 pm and food was empty. When I went in, workers said there is no guacamole even though they close at 11. No meat being prepped. Workers just want to leave which I understand but that reflects on management. Bad management leads to bad service. Come here before 5 pm, otherwise you’ll be lucky to get a full bowl.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here for a pick up order and opened my food to find a piece of hair in it. I went back and asked to speak with the manager. She did not acknowledge me at first and I had to ask an employee again to speak with her. There was a small line of people she was helping and she was speaking to me from a distance and asked what was wrong with my order. I did not want to embarrass the establishment by letting them know there was hair in my food in front of other people. She asked me again and I told her. She did not offer a refund or apologize for the issue with my food. She instead stated I needed to go through the app which was also no help as I did not get a refund. In addition to this, when we arrived to the delivery window to pick up the food, the employee opened the window and said absolutely nothing, just stared. This Chipotle is extremely unprofessional and low quality.

Worst Chipotle Ever!
I’ve given this location multiple chances — visited 4 times — and every single time, they’re out of fajita veggies. When I asked about it, the team literally laughed and said, “We don’t make any more.” Seriously? Today I went at 6 PM and they close at 11 PM — yet still “no fajitas.”
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle. The staff seems completely lazy and uninterested in serving customers. @Chipotle, please take action on this location before everyone starts going to Bajas or somewhere else.
Avoid this branch — it’s a total disappointment!
