A Disappointing Experience at Chipotle
During a recent visit to Chipotle, my mom and I encountered a notably disappointing experience. From the moment we approached the counter, the service was lackluster. The workers seemed uninterested and, at times, even gave off a dismissive attitude. This lack of courtesy was off-putting and set a negative tone for the entire visit.
To make matters worse, the portions were incredibly minimal. Despite paying a substantial amount—$40 in total—we received far less than what we expected. The amount of meat and other ingredients were barely adequate, leaving our meals looking sparse and unsatisfying.
Finally, the quality of the food itself was disappointing. The flavors were lacking, and the meal didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect from Chipotle. All these issues combined made the experience frustrating and ultimately not worth the cost.

Go to Bajas! We walked in at 7pm to every table being filthy and the trash cans overflowing. Figured they were short staffed so gave the food a chance. At least 50% of the food options were empty – no chicken, no fajita veggies, no guacamole. I asked for chicken and the server looked at the “cook” and he said. No. And shrugged his shoulders like he couldn’t care less. My bowl was literally half full due to not having half the ingredients available. Something to note is that they were not short staffed. Far from it. A lot of staff just standing around while the restaurant was filthy and trash overflowed. If you own this franchise I strongly suggest taking a good look at your business before you don’t have one!

Now I am not one to complain as I work in retail customer service as management and understand that things happen and mistakes are made but when I ordered a bowl online for pick-up I go home to find out that my bowl had two filled tortillas (in a bowl) with the completely wrong items and with only 2 correct items. It looks like someone was eating it and then put it in my to-go bag or messed up and just went with it without fixing it. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to orders. I have never been impressed or 100% happy with the service I receive but my order has never been wrong like this. I will just have to go 15 minutes out of the way to go to a different location. I honestly wonder who manages this place, because obviously with the other reviews I’m reading they need to be replaced or undergo management training and on how to properly train employees.

Absolutely getting disgusted with this place. They give out the most tiniest portions EVER. and when you ask for a little bit more they charge you extra!!! Your not giving out the right amount in the first place. And the sauces they don’t even give enough of that they are ripping people off. I don’t get how this place is still in business with how they operate this location. Time for a new team there, they are screwing way to many people over and they are absolutely absolutely rude !! and it needs to be fixed. Sooner or later they will lose way to much money. They lost me and my husband we will now be going to another location.
Our food was definitely not worth the 35$ we just about spent. Absolutely disgusted with what they charged us.

I have never in my life written a review because it’s too much work and because I’ve worked in customer service and understand how difficult it is. But this place is just unbelievable. It’s run by a bunch of teenagers in their phones that have no initiative or desire to work. The place was a dump, the utensils and napkins were empty and they were on their phones while there was no line. Multiple times it has ran out of white rice nowhere near closing time. They had no interest or desire in planning ahead. I feel like a boomer for saying “back in my day” but when we were younger and working, if we noticed something was running low, we planned ahead and started making it. They just look at you with a blank stare with no care. The last straw for me was when I was getting a burrito, the girl literally took a spoonful of pico de gallo and splattered it into my burrito without draining it LOL. The water was leaking all over my burrito and saturating the tortilla from how wet it was. I was mortified. Then she did the same thing with the corn. I couldn’t believe that this girl literally saw a puddle of water being placed into my burrito and didn’t think hmm, maybe I should tilt this a bit to drain it. I’m over this place. It’s worth driving an extra 8 minutes to the Warwick one because this place is not it. Goodluck to the manager because clearly they don’t care enough to straighten out his staff.

As other posters have mentioned, food tastes great, portions are small and the tables and floor are disgusting with food, dirty napkins and spills AND the garbage is overflowing. IS THERE A MANAGER? THE STORE NEEDS MANAGEMENT. NOT SURE IF IT EXISTS. Seems like a bunch of digitally preoccupied teens swiping and texting, that can not be bothered to look up and check out the filth of their store. I’m embarrassed for them. When I mentioned the overflowing garbage to someone (who had been texting right in front of customers) she assured me that it was OK and they were busy… …I was there for an hour…maybe 15 customers tops? I want to eat there but it is so sloppy!!! OWNERS, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

There always seems to be something wrong at this location and seems overall poorly managed. I’ve been coming here for years due to the location but the past three years it keeps getting worse…
There is usually a shortage of basic menu items (e.g. carne asada, steak, guacamole, rice, roasted veggies) due to staff not managing food prep timing properly. They also struggle with cleaning the tables.
Come on Chipotle, up your game! If you don’t want franchises, you gotta provide some accountability.

The food was very “Chipotle’ it’s what they sell. Their food seems pretty consistent in taste and presentation. The restaurant was filthy. Overflowing garbage cans, dirty tables, and condiments stations. Good thing the food is ok.

Second time they ran out of steak, gave me half chicken and charged me for steak. Everything cold. Place is dirty inside. Baja’s ten times better.

Place is a DUMP with a capital D!. Service was absolutely horrendous, the teenagers making the food are rude, customer service is non existent. I suggest take you’re money to Bajas down the road, they actually make you’re food on time and care about making sure the customer is taken care of.
