Chips were stale. Burrito was small and strangely made. Short and fat. Meat was in a separate tortilla compartment than rice, cheese and sour cream so it was not a cohesive burrito experience.
Beans watery, all the food in the troughs look old, unpleasant service, horrible meal. Music blasting so loud the lady at the register couldnt hear me.
Horrifying experience. Save your money and run from this location at all costs. Very very bad reputation here.
Not friendly is how I would describe employees ..
It’s now my 3rd visit in two weeks each time around 2 pm
Obviously it’s a management problem … No management at all … I personally witnessed a employee come out from behind the kitchen with a broom and half-heartedly barely swept the dining room
leaving trash and dropped food items all over the front of the restaurant, especially around the trash cans and soda station… later going into the kitchen and without changing gloves starts touching food utensils…
The food displayed looked dry and neglected …
The carne asada was not thoroughly cooked.Definitely not tender on 2 occasions

I did see a manager walk out the front door unlock her car, which was in the first spot right? In front of the front door take out a hat from her trunk and bring it in handing it to the cook. Who was assembling food as he was working without a hat? He put it on his head. Immediately and continued working after touching his head. The manager just walked off. Taking her drink with her into the back did not see her again. I assume she was a manager.
Because she had uniforms in her vehicle.
A good manager would park away from the front. Door so customers could have access to those parking spaces..
I am a Chipotle fan.
And visit multiple locations monthly. I know what it looks like and what it should taste like when it’s up to the standards. The corporation has set. From what I see, the area manager or district leader is not looking at this store. There is no way that it’s doing the volume. It did at opening 6 or seven people that were in about the same time. I was were all disappointed. You could hear people talking.
They even had customers walk out without ordering.Because it didn’t look great
Today the barbacoa what shavings I got from the bottom of the pan was so salty and inedible my bowl was more like soup. How is is, they have no filled pans at noon? Service was as fast as one can expect out of 3 people running the joint
