I picked up at the window and it was ready at the exact time. The staff was nice.
I ordered four different dishes and there were mixed feelings about it from my crew. Overall it was very average and pretty bland for a chipolte hot spice does not mean it has taste. It just covers the lack of it. Blend your spices better so we can get that distinct taste.

We’ve been coming to the Barrington location for about a year now, as our local Middletown location has always been a disaster. Every time we come, the food is great, the staff are kind, and our food is always ready at the window. This Christmas Eve, we picked up a catering order, and we were greeted by Justin, who was phenomenal. He was so incredibly kind, happy to help us because we needed extra sides, and he took the time to ask us about our negative experiences at the Middletown location. Additionally, he ensured that our catering order was ready and accurate. The catering order was filled with high-quality ingredients, making us all happy and full. Thank you!

The food is decent, However, Whoever is the manager needs to be fired. Despite being the only person in the restaurant, I was ignored, until I asked for help. I ordered a veggie bowl and they had run out of veggies so I was asked to sit for 5 min. 30 minutes later, they started waiting on customers who came in after me, did not acknowledge me, or apologize for the wait. Meanwhile, employees were on their cell phones texting. Aside from all that, the place is filthy. Food scraps on the tables, dust on the windows and the floors were gross.

When being here and viewing the personal reviews, I thought I would go to try and be neutral to these opinions but I had similar experiences as the previos reviews. The staff were friendly and seemed to be great with their customer service skills but will do nothing dor the food quality and protion size. I live by Bajas and know Nacho Mamas is not far from here and I feel if management were to be hard pressed into competitive cusine, they would at least try. Disappointed indeed!

management needs to spend more time cleaning the windows, tables, trash barrels and doorways. seeing is believing. the staff generally works very hard and is efficient. depending on what time you go there could be scraps left and not very fresh and other times it could be stocked well and fresh.

My husband ordered a rice bowl from DoorDash. I was shocked when it arrived. Such a small portion, maybe 1/4 cup of rice. I’ll stay going to the one in Seekonk, MA. 10 minutes away but at least it’s not cutting portions.

The only reason I went to Chipotle was for the honey chicken rice bowl. I tried each of the other proteins as a substitute, and they are all awful. Also, some of the people in there are great and give you a normal amount of food, while others portion like they are plating a fine dining first course plate. The difference in food portions you will receive, for the same price, is unreal.

I had never been there before, so I said I’ll give it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was turned off. The prices were too high, and worst of all, no one helped me. I wouldn’t eat inside, because it was dirty tables.

Ugh I wish I could go here. My husband and I used to be pretty regular late at night when they opened but the food started looking really old and dried out and not hot enough, and then a couple times they were cleaning and spraying cleaner on the counter but it was landing all over the food. I just don’t trust it anymore. I just went tonight and had to leave without ordering bc it seems like unsanitary / covered in cleaning chemicals.
