Also, the employee checking me out was pretty rude when I was had a bit of trouble managing my food and suitcase. No employees wore nametags either so the accountability can only be placed on the establishment itself.
The only redeeming quality of this branch is the fact that it is a chipotle. If you really want chipotle and can make it to a different branch, do that.
This is not a one time occurrence, it has been consistent over several years. I’m actually surprised that the franchise has allowed this to continue. The Comm Ave Chipotle is nearby and I’ve never had an issue there, and can be selected on seamless/grubhub
I placed a mobile order through the Chipotle app, and upon arrival, I noticed that they had been slammed with mobile orders. The first issue was that the employees neglected to communicate with the customers, would never announce when someone’s order is ready. Finally, over 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I get my order.
But that issue doesn’t compare to the atrocity that happens next. After getting home, we open up our containers to find out that we didn’t even get HALF of what we were supposed get. 2 of the 3 bowls NO meat, hardly any beans, and they were all missing multiple ingredients. The burrito was HALF the size it should’ve been.
I’m not sure whether to blame the employee working at the food station, the lack of staff, or the management, but I wouldn’t be surprised if these were all contributing factors. It doesn’t matter whether this is fast food or not, this is ROBBERY, and something needs to change at this location.
10/10, I’ll definitely be back!
