This chipotle branch is actually absurd. My burrito was wrapped into a cube (??) and just before that, when I asked for “very little lettuce” the employee grabbed a LARGE handful of lettuce. Also, they wrapped the burger for the guy after me so poorly that they handed him a bowl for when it inevitably spilled everywhere when he opened it up.

Also, the employee checking me out was pretty rude when I was had a bit of trouble managing my food and suitcase. No employees wore nametags either so the accountability can only be placed on the establishment itself.

The only redeeming quality of this branch is the fact that it is a chipotle. If you really want chipotle and can make it to a different branch, do that.

The service and quality at this branch is so poor that is does not deserve to be part of the Chipotle franchise. At busy times (6-7p) the staff is so overwhelmed that orders can take over an hour, or they omit many items from the order. This usually results in patrons just taking random orders off the pick-up rack in their frustration, worsening the confusion and wait times.

This is not a one time occurrence, it has been consistent over several years. I’m actually surprised that the franchise has allowed this to continue. The Comm Ave Chipotle is nearby and I’ve never had an issue there, and can be selected on seamless/grubhub

This place has the worst service ever. They give significantly smaller portions than any other chipotle, they are rude, and extremely slow. I asked for extra pico and the lady looked at me like i was crazy and gave me like 2 extra tomato pieces.

What is the point of having a pick-up order shelf if you can’t pick up the online orders yourself? 15 people lining up to pick up the online orders. And the staff put all the ready-to-go bags in their inside counter where everyone has to present their names.

I don’t even know where to begin this review. But the best way to describe this experience: RIPPED OFF

I placed a mobile order through the Chipotle app, and upon arrival, I noticed that they had been slammed with mobile orders. The first issue was that the employees neglected to communicate with the customers, would never announce when someone’s order is ready. Finally, over 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I get my order.

But that issue doesn’t compare to the atrocity that happens next. After getting home, we open up our containers to find out that we didn’t even get HALF of what we were supposed get. 2 of the 3 bowls NO meat, hardly any beans, and they were all missing multiple ingredients. The burrito was HALF the size it should’ve been.

I’m not sure whether to blame the employee working at the food station, the lack of staff, or the management, but I wouldn’t be surprised if these were all contributing factors. It doesn’t matter whether this is fast food or not, this is ROBBERY, and something needs to change at this location.

Based off of this chipotle experience, I had I don’t think I would ever be going back to chipotle. I ordered online for a 720 pick up and they told me to get in line in order myself at 7:45. While I was ordering, there was one rockstar working the bar, and the woman working the cold bar decided to go on break mid order so then I was left there for about five minutes until somebody else decided to come and help me and help the other woman at the bar who is doing everything. Absolutely terrible. needs new management immediately. This chipotle location is an absolute disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

I want to give you guys a tip on how to save money at chipotle. I get all my hot food either on the tortilla or a bowl and put my toppings on the side in those clear cups with the lids. I did that multiple times at a different chipotle, locations and they did not have a problem with it, but when I came here, they were very rude and ignorant about putting my toppings on the side, then I proceeded to ask for extra and say that I will pay for it. They told me no also, I asked for a bag with handles and they also told me no and I’ve been to different chipotles and they have no problem doing these things so yeah

I mean it’s chipotle but time and time again I am baffled by how this particular chipotle is run. Out of brown rice? Let’s pause the whole line. The brown rice guy is missing? No one jumps in to finish making the brown rice. Just stagnation. Next time the register is broken? Zero communication with customers. 20 minutes of waiting later “sorry no more food.” And we all get kicked out.
