This was a very solid Chipotle experience. Portions were fair, prices were fair, and the food itself was quite solid. A nice crowd but plenty of seating. Parking was difficult, but the experience itself was definitely satisfactory. I would have no problem going back here.

I am beyond frustrated with this experience. The order was placed through Uber Eats, and despite being a very simple order, it was completely wrong and arrived cold. This was food for myself and my picky toddler, and because the order was messed up and inedible, neither of us could eat it.
What makes this even more upsetting is the amount of money and food that went straight to waste over something that should have been easy to get right. When you’re ordering basic items and still receive incorrect, cold food, it’s incredibly disappointing—especially as a parent trying to feed a child.
Chipotle is supposed to be known for consistency, but this experience showed a serious lack of care and quality control, even on simple delivery orders. Wasting money and throwing away food due to careless mistakes is unacceptable. I truly expected better and am very disappointed. I’ll never order from this location again.

Usually, I grab my Chipotle bowl downtown, but since I live nearby, I figured I’d finally try this location. Big mistake.
I ordered my usual bowl, expecting the generous portions I get everywhere else. What I got was an absolute joke. Look at the picture I’ve attached. That’s not a normal Chipotle bowl. It’s barely half-filled. The ingredients were so sparse I could practically count the individual beans, and the chicken portion was laughably small.
I ate the entire thing in about 5 minutes and was still genuinely hungry. Let that sink in: I paid Chipotle prices for a bowl that left me needing to find more food immediately afterward just to feel full. I ended up spending more money at the deli down the street – defeating the entire purpose and value proposition of Chipotle.
This isn’t about being a glutton; it’s about getting what you pay for.
This location is either cutting corners to an extreme degree or has no clue how to assemble a bowl. Either way, I’m never wasting my time or money here again.

Evil Chipotle. I order on uber eats a bowl and chips. yummy. so excited. they tell me its going to be here in about thirty minutes. i can’t wait. I luv chipotle. i see the driver at the resturant on my phone. huzzah. 10 minutes go by. i see a different driver is there. hm. maybe the driver canceled. another 10 min go by. A DIFFERENT driver is there waiting. interesting…. another thirty minutes go by. I get a text. “Sorry, order was canceled. Oopsie Poopsie.” WHAT DO YOU MEAN. IT WAS LITERALLY RICE BEANS, MEAT AND CHIPS. i sigh in defeat. another week passes…. mmm you know what i’m craving? Chiptole!!! i order again. the same meal. AND SAME THING HAPPENS. i am waiting in my room, thrashing for 2 hours seeing driver after driver pull up to chipotle only for chiptole to text me, “Sorry, order bla bla bla” ITS LITERALLY THE SIMPLEST THING EVER WHAT. LITERALLY PUT ME BEHIND THE COUNTER AND ILL MAKE IT MYSELF. okay time to switch tactics. i place a schedualed order at 2 pm for 7:30pm. Surely, SURELY, you can make that. WRONG AGAIN. and the worst part is, is that i live at the dorms of bc. wanna know how far it is? ONE MILE. ONE MILE. I CAN SMELL THE CHIPOTLE FROM HERE. ITS LITERALLY JUST RICE BEANS AND MEAT. Walked into this chipotle tonight on a quick decision after getting off my shift. Was the the only one in line. One guy took a deep breath and then got his gloves on. I felt that. But the thing is, is that he just does not have good energy. Maybe he was new (although I have seen him before)…anyways another guy came over to help me with my order. Hard working & prompt service from this guy. Mind you I walked in and this man was going ape mode on the grill. LIKE GRIT. I had to ask him his name because I love to see this. “Tami”. Great service and energy. I LOVE THIS ENERGY. THIS IS THE SHIT THAT GETS ME GOING. YOUNG BLOOD HUSTLING. Tami, I see you, I appreciate you and I’m rooting for you. Shoutout.

I don’t know who the night manager is – but she’s SO rude. I paid over 50$ for my Uber eats order and it was SLOP. I had to physically drive in because I was not accepting yet another horrible order. My chips was darker than the paper bag, my tacos had enough meat and rice to feed an infant. Then half filled guac cups? When I went in, she didn’t even apologize. She rolled her eyes and in Spanish told the guy to “just give it to her”. I speak fluent Spanish and when I replied in Spanish, the shock on her face MADE my night. PLEASE re-evaluate who you promote to management. Also, they have music blasting SO loud and swearing non stop. Chipotle has been my favorite place to eat since my freshmen year at BC.. idk what happened over the years but I will NOT be back.

It’s true that this location only gives half the amount of food compared to other locations. But that’s not the reason for my 1-star review. I’m giving 1 star because the cashier decided to help the person scooping. Problem with that is that he was wearing gloves to grab the lettuce and then would use the same gloves to accept money, touch the screen, use the pen, etc. He did that for every order with lettuce, never once changing his gloves. Extremely unhygienic, I will not be returning to this location

Sometimes one of the employees is in a bad mood and this happens I asked for the store app and asked for extra and I add tips but this is bizarre. It never happened to me but I hope that the employee who did this can have a better day, maybe I wasn’t on a good day.

Sorry to write a mediocre review, but this place does not meet expectations. Does not seem to be understaffed (6 people in the kitchen), but nobody notices or cares that all the chicken on the grill is already burned. Drinking fountains out of order, tables dirty. Unpleasant and loud rap music, inappropriate for kids :-/

I went in at 9:20pm tonight (they close at 11) and I was the only one in line. The employee told me that their “system was down” and the only way to order was to order online. So I go sit down and do an online order.
Then, as soon as I submit the online order, like 3 or 4 people come in and order like normal and they make their burritos. I’m sitting there thinking the system must have just come back up.
BUT THEN, once the line dies down again another guy comes in and he’s the only one in line. Again, the same person tells him that the only way he can order is by making an online order.
So don’t come into this Chipotle unless you like being LIED TO. I get that like half of all restaurants have bad service but the lying is just weird as hell and gets on my nerves.
