When you go into chipotle which I have 300 times before never ever have I not enjoyed the food but now for the past couple times they reduced the portions which ok no worries but then they increase the price so if I want to get as much meat as I did before I have to get double meat oh wait it’s 21 dollars a bowl !! Isn’t that insane so either get a half a scoop of meat or pay basically for 2 scoops and now you have to pay 21 dollars give me a break

This Chipotle DOES NOT scrimp. They are fast and efficient with bowl preparation and the overall process. One critique I can make was that the trash was overfilling. Overall, if you’re hungry for a BITE (and I emphasize this fully) of some (reasonably/awesomely portioned) bowl/burrito/whatever your heart desires, then I recommend this location.

They closed my lid before I finished. My bowl was mad dry and the rice was so plain and crunchy and dry. Totally ruined my day. So looking forward to a good chipotle bowl during work and I am now so disappointed. My first bad Chipotle bowl.

Order a bowl though the app. And portion size is insanely small. I got extra chicken on the bowl, but it was even less than regular portion that i had back in Saco, Maine location. Don’t recommend to go there.

Solid chipotle, it had good portion sizes. The staff had some trouble understanding english which seemed to frustrate some customers but i had no issues- they were pretty efficient too.

Love it. Fast service. Lots of seatings that is rare for Boston. Food is good. Bathroom code at the end of the receipt. This chipotle is notable for multiple seats at window as well lots of space on the second level. They keep it very clean and organized. Stares are a little small but good for Boston. Seatings are wood tables that look awesome. I would definitely go there again.

Worst customer service i’ve ever had, first time coming here and the two girls serving me spoke far too quickly when i was ordering, then laughed about it with another member of staff, speaking in spanish thinking that I wouldn’t understand despite me being fluent in spanish, shame the food was good cause the staff here are extremely rude, completely put me off coming here again.

Busy is an understatement, but this team isn’t phased. Line nearly out the door but due to fantastic teamwork it was only a couple of minutes before I was giving my order. I was impressed.
To get to the counter you need go up some stairs. The inside was a bit warm and cramped. Place is better suited for takeout.
