The absolute worst service of any Chipotle I’ve ever been too. It’s also consistently slow… Like, you’d think they would have their act together at least once in a blue moon.

dear mr chipotle, I’m am disgusted and appalled by the lack of effort and respect put into what is claimed to be a fine dining establishment. I received a bowl with ZERO of my promised ingredients. I feel personally attacked by this act of hate upon my name and experience. If chipotle can’t even get right then we have no hope for the future of any dining establishments in America. My life has been changed for the worse. I genuinely feel gutted and deceived by this foolish and grotesque act. I feel as if this had to do with some sort of personal vendetta against my name rather than just a simple oopsies. As I sit here and eat and contemplate over my mess of a bowl, I can only imagine that what I taste and feel is what someone who munches glass would feel…because this has tared through my stomach and my soul. Do better because if not our world is assured for destruction and impending doom. As I sit here and stab at my pile of dissapoitment all I can utter the words are those that sounds of SHAME. SHAME ON YOU AND SHAME ON CHIPTOLES ACROSS RHE WORLD. I hope this review helps chipotle to do some much needed reflection. I would rather sell my first born child to a festering homeless man than to ever experience this level of disenchantment. Failure is all you are, would will never rise up from this mistake and I hope you always carry this chipotle will definitely rue this day. YOULL RUE IT.

very bad service in the portion of food, if you ask for a specific protein and the dish is based on that protein, you should consider serving a good portion and not so little, for example if you order chicken al pastor the least thing on the plate is chicken.

Tried for the first time. Had a delicious fresh burritto at a reasonable price. Arrived at a busy time but wait time was reasonable. Hardworking staff.

Always a line at lunch or dinner. Warn down dining area that makes you cringe a little when you think about how many people use the tables between disinfecting. That said , the staff is very nice and I’ve never felt sick after eating here, knock on wood.

Good food. The prices are getting a little bit higher which I don’t like. The people that work their are still very nice and friendly though.

Ordered online. Once we got home noticed their was no Queso Blanco with our chips. We were really looking forward to trying it as we always get guac with our chips. Our order was small so idk how it wasn’t in our bag. We didn’t go back because we live 15-20 minutes away. Don’t the employees check the bags before putting on the shelf as completed for pickup? It shouldn’t be up to the customer to check the bag for correct items paid for.

I went in tonight at 9:30 (they close at 10). Ordered a Sofritas burrito. Asked for guacamole and was told they were out. I could see guacamole on the prep line behind her (for online orders maybe) and asked, “isn’t that guacamole?” She told me “we can’t take from there.” I asked for pico de gallo, she said no. Olives- dramatic pause, no. Onions/peppers- no. I stopped asking because I could see her prep line was mostly empty and cleaned out already and she was making me feel like I’m putting her out by asking for normal items that they carry, but it looks like she’s already broken down her station. If they want to stop offering food at 9:30, just close at 9:30. I would have simply gone somewhere else. Instead I left frustrated and disappointed that I wasted time and $10 for a bean/rice/sofritas burrito. I had stopped there because I wanted a healthy meal with fresh veggies and guacamole after a long day of field work and having only a protein bar and an apple all day. Is it even worth eating a burrito without guacamole?! Not in my world. I don’t eat dairy so guacamole is a key component for flavor and creaminess. For what I ended up with, I could have just gone to Taco Bell and saved money. A former GM of mine at a fine dining restaurant used to tell our staff, “guests that come in at the end of the night don’t pay half price so they don’t deserve half-quality service or food; give them the same service you give your first table of the night and our cooks will cook them the same meals as the first ticket of the night.” Great philosophy and one of the reasons they’re a top fine dining restaurant in Worcester. If this Chipotle’s management protocol is really to not serve paying guests who come into the brick and mortar restaurant items they have available but are reserving for online customers who may or may not come to fruition in the next half hour before they close, that’s a very poor decision. In-person diners don’t deserve the same product as online orders? If I weren’t trying to get home to relieve a babysitter I would have pulled out my phone and ordered online instead. That’s how badly I wanted the guacamole and veggies that were right in front of my face that I wasn’t allowed to have.

Not worth the money at all. Tried their new keto bowl and it was a far cry from the bowl of lettuce from the pictures. Now I know enough to not have expected it to be exact or nearly the same amount but is it too much to ask for a FULL bowl of lettuce at least? I chose here over Santa Fe only because I needed to go to Kohl’s. Next time I won’t make that mistake. Picture below is untouched after cover came off.
