sitting down just 10mins ago eating and I see to small mice run up under the booth in front of me. not 2 mins later a large mouse or small rat ran on top of my foot. Told a worker which told the manger and nothing was done about it. there still open. DOWN OUT RIGHT GROSS. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EATING THERE NO MORE!!!…. I thought about not writing this review but they did nothing about the situation my whole meal went in the trash!!! YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU BUT THE LINK YOUR LEAVING DONT GO TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE CHIPOTLE WEBSITE!!!

This was my second Chipotle stop because the first one was out of lettuce, guac, cheese, sour cream, and tomato salsa. At this Chipotle, the staff were very friendly and calmly managed a grumpy customer ahead of me. However, I got my food and headed home, opened my bowl and noticed a dead bug on my lettuce. Gross!

This is the worst place to go to eat tacos. Don’t go to this place. First of all, the guy who made the tacos never said a word when I asked about some ingredient. He only moved his head, opened his eyes or pointed with his mouth to answer my questions. When I brought the tacos to my table, the tortillas were soggy because he put a lot of sauce. I tried to grab them to eat it but the tortillas broke down between my hands. Everything was a mess on that plate. I will never go back again. When I complaint to the employee on the register, he said that they guy was always like that but he can’t do anything. I ended putting that mess on the trash and left the place very dissapointed and hungry. Never again.

Multiple times I’ve gone to this Chipotle and my order has been 30+ minutes later than when I ordered it for. It happened again today, and I ended up not getting half of what I asked for in my bowl, even though the sticker on the bag AND the bowl listed exactly what I ordered. The bowl was missing the guac, queso, and corn and instead had some spicy sauce that I didn’t ask for that was so spicy I couldn’t eat my bowl. There was also some big chunk of what looked like a block of cheese, it was so off-putting. I hate this Chipotle

We visited 3 weeks ago. Food was great standard chipotle, we are from out of state and were pleased that the quality is no different regardless of the location/state. The lady working the line seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there.

Well we used daughter’s app for Chipotle and I got the barbacoa and I’ve been going there for a long time and there was like two three small bites of Barbacoa like bird three small bites I was very disappointed I spent all that money for rice cheese and sour cream and corn I mean if you didn’t have Barbacoa take it off the app somehow I mean I don’t know but I just feel like my money went down the drain because there was nothing in it it was the worst experience there especially my daughter went in and they were telling her she couldn’t get the chips unless she paid in there but hello we got the rewards and they didn’t even know. they were arguing with her and everything else and then finally she’s like let me scan the thing and they were like oh have a good night what do you mean have a good night they didn’t know how to apologize or anything better service. I have talked to the Manager there before and he is very nice I didn’t see him that night Sun Nov 9 at 4:40 .

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was beyond disappointing. I ordered a chicken and fajita veggie quesadilla with sour cream, rice, and beans as sides. Instead, I got a completely wrong order—a bowl with just chicken, rice, sour cream, and a random piece of lettuce. No quesadilla. No fajita veggies. No beans.
It’s frustrating that basic attention to detail seems like too much to ask. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the least you can do is get the order right.
I was really looking forward to this meal, and instead I ended up throwing most of it away. I hope Chipotle steps it up and actually values the people who order through delivery—not just those who walk in.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. Every table covered in food. Trash overflowing and on floor. All surfaces filthy. I got sick a few hours after eating here. Go figure.

The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to- and it’s not just because it’s an off day. I love Chipotle and work across the street so I’ll pop in every once in a while to see if it gets better, but honestly, it just gets worse. I’m not surprised there’s a salmonella out break. Filthy counters, not just at the food station- look at the back prep counter, register counter and even the refrigerated drink well filled with bits of lettuce and other food debris. Oh and the day in question they were only doing online orders because the register was down. Seriously, they had 5 employees. One of them couldn’t have taken 15 mins to wipe everything down?
