It was a late night food run. Was absolutely delighted to find their drive thru open at that time! Even more shocked how good the food was! Everything was hot and fresh! I had to blow my fries!!! Love it! Thank you for an Amazing experience at almost midnight!

It’s rare that I am highly impressed with a fast food restaurant these days but wow! The customer service I received here is definitely top notch. Everybody is very friendly. The food comes out quick and accurate. The restaurant is also very clean. If on the oceanfront of Virginia Beach and want something quick and good to eat that’s not overpriced like everything else in the area this is a good place to go!

The staff was cool and understanding…. Firstly I ordered from the app while in store…. i knew nothing about pressing the light option for my wife’s whopper because I’m not that picky… but my man at the counter understood completely abs I appreciate that because… a wives Sometimes…. am I right! They wouldn’t let me substitute cheese fries. Because they Would have to fix them. The burger was microwaved so hot. I couldn’t touch it. They didn’t even offer to replace it I felt the employees there were lazy This was November 4 at 2:50 PM Which is a shame because I’ve always had good service there I threw my food in the garbage. They didn’t even offer to refund it. I paid for food and And never took a bite out of it or a sip out of the drink. It just went in the garbage and I was out $10

Went here as the local restaurant we wanted to visit for my dad’s birthday was closed.
I entered Burger King and was kindly greeted by Karen. Karen waited patiently whilst we decided what we wanted to order. We had explained and joked about it being my father’s birthday and she was very engaging, friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
Karen explained a few items on the menu we were unsure about and cleared up any confusion (from the UK, so BK has some slightly different menu options).
We proceed to continue to chat to Karen and her colleague Tiffany helped out making the drinks. Tiffany was also another employee that took pride in great customer service, and she was lovely to talk to and joke with.
We proceeded to eat out meal as we opted for dine in. The food was BEAUTIFUL, really carefully made and had great flavours to it (seasoned well). We throughly enjoyed our experience at this Burger King purely down to Karen and Tiffany.
Karen is a great asset to the company as she level of customer service is through the roof! AMAZING!
(We only spoke to Tiffany later in the conversation as she was busy making up orders for the drive through). Both are a credit to BK.
Unfortunately I did not take any photos of the food as we were too hungry to wait (and forgot)
We loved the customer service, food quality, food/drink options and also the drinks themselves.

I have never ate a NASTY whopper before, like the one I just ate from this location. The lettuce was brown, onions looked old. The taste was just TRASH!!! I only came to this location because it was near my job but I will not be back. Even the manager was a little sarcastic.

We went in the restaurant. The 2 whopper meals are good price. The flame broiled burger Pattie’s are delicious. Onion rings are so good and they give you a lot. They have the dial a drink machine so we can get diet Fanta. 5.29 is a plain whopper. 12.99 we can get 2 whopper meals. What a steal. .
Also the wait is short although there are lots of customers. Very happy. 5 stars.
