More than once, I picked up my order and it looks like they played football with my tacos again! There were only 2 people eating, and only 3 orders on the pickup shelf, so it’s not like they were hustling to fill orders. Once is an anomaly. Twice is a pattern of behavior.

I ordered from my phone thinking that would save time. Had I known the condition inside the restaurant, I never would have ordered food there. The place was a disaster. When I went to pick up my order (at the time it said it would be ready) it was not even close to being made. 15 minutes late: nothing. 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I asked if they we close to making it. The told me it would be another 15 minutes. I tried to cancel the order in the store and get a refund, but was told they I needed to do that online. The website apparently cannot communicate with the restaurant, (it’s just a bot called Pepper that doesn’t understand the word “cancel”) so cancellation was impossible. I ended up ordering food from Otto Pizza (amazing food – go there instead) next door and it was ready long before my Chipotle order. I’ve worked in plenty of kitchens, and it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to wrap up a couple burritos. I don’t blame the three kids that were working there. I blame the greedy owners who have understaffed the restaurant, the completely absent management, and slimy the corporate structure of this garbage franchise. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Chipotle is trash.

I should have check the reviews before coming here. Quite possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. Staff is rude. The place is disgustingly dirty. I ordered a bowl, went to get a fork after my 10 minute wait to get checked out and there were literal mouse droppings inside the fork holder. Threw the bowl away and went to Chicken and The Pig around the corner.

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! The worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had…Put in a $200 order using the online system for pickup as part of a work event. Arrive at time indicated on the order and the store closed. I could see employees walking around inside, so I knocked on the door. Eventually, an employee came to the door and said they weren’t opening because their soda machine was down! I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to about my order and I was told no. A few minutes later, another employee came to the door (as several people were now outside waiting to pickup online orders) and she told everyone the store wouldn’t be opening until 2pm, all online orders were therefore canceled, and we would have to request a refund online. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. After that, it took me almost 2 days do get a refund on my order. Chipotle doesn’t have a customer service number you can call…everything is through an AI chat app on their website.

I visited this location for a DoorDash order. I did not order any food. I was just picking up a customers order (which I ended up having to cancel because of the wait time). There were six people waiting for their orders. There were only two people working, which one of them was cutting up meat and being completely useless to the waiting customers. Six people in line, waiting for food walked out because of the lack of service. Will not be excepting orders or ordering food here again.

I ordered Uber eats and chipotle in Lynnfield completely messed up my order and didn’t give me everything I ordered on my burrito bowls. It looks like bird food honestly. Food is very good…But Lynnfield MA location is very dirty, inefficient, and with slow service. One of the dirtiest restaurants I have been to…tables dirty, trash unemptied food not stocked, and employees standing around watching 1- 2 staff do most of the work. Food is good, but this location should be avoided, which is a pity as it is in a nice location to stop by and hang out…

I don’t typically write reviews seeing everyone has bad days. But if I could give this location negative stars I would. Everytime I order my order is messed up. There has never been a time where it was correct. Most of the employees are very rude and unprofessional. One time I was waiting 30 minutes for my order which was my whole break. Half of the staff was sitting in the corner behind the counter drinking white claws while there were 25 people waiting for their food. I thought I would give it another shot today and my steak is raw. Never ever again. Would not recommend to anyone.

All I wanted was an order of guacamole and chips. The server was the most surliest woman I have ever met. As I tried to pay I got a curt no, no chips. I asked if I could just pay for the guacamole which sent her in to a major hissy fit sending her over to yell something at someone who may have been her boss.He was busy and could not help making her even more angry, even pointing at me and calling me Gringa. Finding a bag of chips the server then hit the poor guy over the head with them before handing them to me. SMH
