This place is always dirty. We thought we give it another try. One person with a child eating by the window. Rest of the place empty. Two female workers leaning against the cash register area both on their phones. There were two men wiping the counter behind the glass where food is. We walked up to the counter and stood for 4 solid minutes and not one person looked up to greet us. But after seeing the laziness and realizing no one was about to wipe off a table anytime soon, we walked out. Mostly annoying because the two ladies were scrolling their phones without greeting us or cleaning tables. So gross in there.

Got a burrito to go and it was very poorly wrapped- both the burrito itself and the aluminum foil it was wrapped in. Whoever made my burrito must be the most disgruntled worker there. The point of the aluminum is to cover the whole burrito, not to leave part of the burrito exposed. The hot sauce that I got on the side was placed in a small cup that they didn’t even close. When I grab the takeout bag and walked 30 feet to my car, I discovered that the hot sauce spilled in the bag and a partial wrapped burrito. So, I went back into Chipotle to get more napkins and another small cup for the sauce. When I went back inside, the employee who was taking out the trash had this look on his face that basically said “I hate my job and to get out of my way.” And no, I didn’t say anything to anyone there about this because why bother?
I haven’t had Chipotle in a while but the experience at this location convinced me to never go to Chipotle again. I should have gone to the teriyaki place next door for lunch.

There’s a god-awful dumpster smell outside. The meat was burnt, and the place itself is dirty as hell. Overfilled trash, no forks in the dispenser, every single table is dirty. I had to get water and tissues to clean a spot to eat.

I ordered 4 meals on the app. Order was never ready even though the app said it was ready to be picked up. Apparently, the employees never saw the order and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure it out. They gave me the order and told me the cups for the kids meals were in the bag. They were not and I had to go ask for them. I was given a complimentary bag of chips for having to wait. When I got home, we discovered that 3 of the orders were wrong. My daughter ordered a kids taco meal with chicken, rice and corn. She was given only 1 tortilla that was basically made into a cheese quesadilla with two sides of rice and corn. There was no chicken and she hates cheese. One of my sons ordered a kids taco meal with steak, rice and beans. He was also given just one tortilla that was already made into a quesadilla. My other son ordered regular steak tacos with lettuce, beans and cheese. His tacos had no lettuce or beans. For whatever reason, my order was right. The inside of the restaurant was disgusting. Trash on the floor. Very disappointing as this location has gone downhill.

Sincerely, and I say this without attempting to be harsh, but I have never experienced a more rude, disgruntled and inconsiderate establishment. At first I assumed maybe it was just a bad day, but on every occasion the staff have been short, disinterested and outright rude. My wife and I, whom are both fluent Spanish speakers, even witnessed the server behind the counter belittling my wife in Spanish for not knowing the menu items. Once my wife spoke in Spanish, the employee was shocked and embarrassed yet didn’t offer any apology. The manager here consistently looks unhappy and NEVER asks customers: “How are you?”, or offers service with a positive disposition. This Chipotle’s reputation is even known at the Chipotle in the NEXT TOWN over in Billerica. The fact that this establishment is allowed to carry on like this is shocking to me as customer service should be top priority. The customer is NOT always right, but in this case, I find it impossible to see how any customer would find this level of inconsideration acceptable.

I asked for double chicken. She skimped on the chicken so I said can you add a little more and she said “triple chicken?” yet I hadn’t added beans so that was unfair. Then I asked only for cheese so she gave a little handful and I said can you add more cheese and she rolled her eyes and did, but it wasn’t even as much as I normally get, all I wanted was rice, chicken and cheese but it looked 40% less that I got at another one the other day. At the register the lady said something unintelligible but I think she was asking if I wanted a drink,I couldn’t understand the second time either so I just said no. after paying she said coldly “take it”. I don’t think they were native English speakers or from America. I was dressed nicely and look fine so there was no reason for this disrespect. If I was store manager I would fire the whole staff. Also the chicken was too spicy, it was spicy hot, unlike usual. Too hot for me. My mouth is burning, I didn’t like it. Tastes like tobacco sauce which I hate. All this for $14, I could have ordered a steak somewhere nice.

I visited this location today at 10:50 a.m., shortly after the posted opening time of 10:45 a.m. However, I was informed upon entry that the store was still closed. This was unexpected and somewhat disappointing given the advertised hours.I believe that adhering to posted opening times and providing welcoming customer service are essential for maintaining a positive reputation and customer loyalty. I encourage management to consider reviewing staff training and scheduling to ensure punctual openings and a more customer-focused approach. With many alternatives nearby, consistent service quality will be important for retaining business.

Please think again before placing an online order through their app at this specific location. Twice, I’ve had to wait 30min-1hr for my food that I ordered ahead of time to be ready, and twice is more than enough to lose my trust in their delivery.
I understand this is a busy location and that the food may not be ready at the time I expect all the time. However, the extended wait is not acceptable. I’ve reached out to the person at the register to check up on the status and they brushed me off telling me to wait. Only until the lunch hour was over and everyone cleared out did they choose to address me and ask about my order which was ordered prior to the hour. Quality of the food is a hit or miss, which is another concern of its own.
