came pretty late but still got exceptional service! The bartender and staff were incredibly friendly. The music was WILD for the vibe of the restaurant but I think that made it 100x more enjoyable.

Beander’s is a great casual dining spot with a cozy, wildlife and mountain-themed decor that fits perfectly with the surrounding area. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. The restaurant itself was clean, including the bathrooms—though the stalls were a bit on the small side.
We had friendly, attentive service during our visit, and the downtown location is convenient and easy to find. I ordered the steak salad, which was not only delicious but also a generous portion. My husband had a burger with fries, and both were cooked well and full of flavor. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, Beander’s is a solid choice if you’re looking for a laid-back, satisfying meal in a comfortable setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Good food, friendly server. It took a little while to come take our order, but all in all, we liked it. I had the Yodeler burger and it was good, as were the french fries.
Update: September 2025 – We ate here teo evenings in a row. This time I had the Rajin Cajun burger (both nights) and it was delicious! Chase and Hollie were our servers and both were really nice.

I stopped in for a late lunch, and really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff are extremely kind and genuine. Top notch service. The Philly cheesesteak was delicious. In my short time here, I witnessed several moments of staff members going above and beyond for the customers. I highly recommend Beander’s to anyone looking for a great experience and environment!

Good spot for burgers and wings. It usually takes a little time to get your food once you order so not the place to go if you’re in a rush. A great place to go hang out in the evenings to eat, socialize, and enjoy music. Thursday wing night is great, but doesn’t start until 5pm.

I went to Beanders during the Ramp and Rails festival. This so the best time to go in my opinion because they have specials filled with ramps. Do not miss the ramp dip. I could eat it everyday of my life. There is a reason it is award winning. I have never had anything like it. I also had a chicken sandwich with ramps and it was so good. I couldn’t even finish it all and had it the next day and it was just as good. The inside is nice and spacious. I like the decor. Truly a staple for dining in Elkins. The staff was friendly and took the time to take care of our needs even though they were crazy busy during the festival. A highly recommended stop.

Good food and waitresses. 10 buck burger deal on Monday and all you can eat Spaghetti on Tuesday for 7 bills. New 3 dollar drink specials each week. Live music every so often. What a delicious place to relax. This is the place we come back to over and over.
