I stopped by this Chipotle after a long day of work at the mall, and the experience genuinely lifted my mood. The employees were kind, welcoming, and smiling. Their positive attitude made a real difference in my day. One team member was Dominican, and his warmth and friendliness truly stood out in the best way. I ordered a burrito bowl with sides, and everything was fresh and delicious. Great food and even better service!

Pretty much what you’d expect from a Chipotle- food was fresh and tasted the way it always does. Place was clean, but the setup feels a little cramped when it’s busy. One of the staff seemed a bit annoyed while taking my order, which made things a little awkward, but otherwise it was quick and easy.

Never get a burrito here, even the managers cant get it done and you’ll just end up with a pile of slop in your bag while paying full price. I could confidently say after working in past food establishments that this process requires half a braincell which apparently the workers here lack. I suggest a bowl, and even then it’ll be mediocre, i’ve been to countless other locations and this one is a special kind of sucky. Just to prove a point i attached a photo of what chipotle provided me VS what i managed to do at home with the use of basic brain power. To sum things up, if you love chipotle come anywhere but this location.

Absolutely terrible. It was 7:56 PM on a Thursday and the restaurant closed and put up a sign they were temporarily closed and will open asap. Meanwhile there are employees in the restaurant cleaning up to close and laughing and having a great time, looking at customers as the walk up and read the man made sign they are closed and they laugh. I guess this location does so well financially they do not need customers. I won’t be back to this location and I suggest everyone else stay away as well. This store appears to not want or need anymore business! Support businesses that need to make money and this location is not it!

I came by here and observed that there were parking spaces available in the front of the restaurant. I observed that there was seating outside in front of the restaurant and available seats inside as well. I entered the restaurant with my family members and decided to get bowls. We approached the worker at the counter who just stared at us without asking if she could help us. This person was rude and didn’t even say hello or greet me. This girl who was filling the rice bowl, said the guy next to her was deaf and that’s the reason why he couldn’t hear my spouse asking for certain items. The counter areas where they were standing at were all dirty with food droppings. Wow! Look at my photos. Placing my order for the white rice, I asked for extra cilantro on my rice. The girl just looked at me and said I don’t have cilantro to serve. I told the second guy to add cilantro to my food and he of course didn’t speak and according to the other female didn’t hear me. The final individual at the cash register commented that his cilantro is emaciated and mixed with lime. He commented that he does not serve cilantro on the side. I told him I didn’t want cilantro on the side, I want it on my food…on my rice. He said again they don’t serve cilantro on the side. So I told him again. I don’t want it on the side. I want it on my food.” I can’t do that. It’s already mixed. I can’t do that”. Out of all the Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to, I have always been able to have extra cilantro put on my rice and put on my food. Why is this one location different from the other multiple locations that I’ve been to other than the fact that it’s filthy? The vegetables with peppers were cold and not served hot. Seemingly, every location that I have gotten the vegetable peppers. They were all served hot. The trash was piled up at the front door. When we walked in there was trash on the floor. None of the Tabasco sauces, that were off to the side, had any sauce left in the bottles.

Went in at 7:30pm (wasn’t busy) and I asked the employee to change his gloves as I have a gluten allergy. He seemed annoyed by the request. He proceeds to start my bowl and I received a tiny scoop of rice in my bowl. I got small scoops of everything and my adult sized bowl looks like a child size and I still had to pay full price. I was in a rush and was starving. I always try and give this location another chance and it continues to disappoint.

Filthy, flat soda, stale chips, no napkins, forks or lid covers. No taste to food. Missing ingredients that no one seemed to want to make. Every table was dirty. Rags on the floor. Over flowing trash. Meanwhile the staff was too busy counting the tip jar.

Awkwardly, I had to wait by the register for the staff to fill about 4 online orders before they took my family member’s order. They should ask how many people are in your party and keep you all together. Still, I’m happy with my experience, since the bowl was full– they didn’t skimp. And the tables weren’t egregiously dirty, but they had some crumbs.
