Great food! I ordered online and it was very smooth process! Was glad that I had ordered that way as the ordering line was out the door when I got there to pick up. The guy working the online orders was fast yet thorough and prepared my order exactly as I wanted it. He even made sure that my chips were freshly made. I would definitely use the online order again in the future.

Updated review. Tried here again after 11 months. It’s gotten worse. Ordered a barbacoa bowl for pickup. When I opened it the meat which is supposed to be a shredded beef was one giant blob. So gross. Close this location. Give us anything else!
Had to wait 45 minutes past my pickup time to get my mobile order. Over 15 people waiting for the same reason. People asked if they could just go through the line to get their mobile order made and they were told no. They should be able to disable online orders if they are that behind. Also the barbacoa in my bowl was solid fat. Only about 1/8 was edible meat. Don’t plan on going back to this location!

20 people in line for pickup, order was 30 minutes late. Staff working very well and hard but morale is stressed and low. Manager clearly doesn’t know how to run a store during these hours. They need to add even more staff to handle peak demand.

I brought My Son in to get him dinner, As we stood there, keep in mind I’m a general manager at a pizza place, I see the cook in the back, scratch The back of his head and his ear and touch his face, Then he proceeded to walk towards the back and grab gloves and put gloves on without washing his hands first, Also, while standing there, the person taking temps I believe is sticking The thermometer in, but she’s wiping it off with a paper towel and not a sanitizer towel and contaminating everything. I tried talking to someone, but they all went in the back, I stood there and did not get acknowledge, So we left

This store is terrible. It’s always filthy. The store was only taking online orders at 5:45pm during a dinner rush. Not to mention if you do an online order, it’s never correct. They are constantly out of food items and/or can’t get basic order right.

Unfortunately the last year of going to this location, we have gotten nothing but poor service. The orders are almost always missing something, or not well prepared. I’ve sent messages to the store and had some responses with offers of free chips and cheese. I order queso and guacamole and more times than not I am missing one or both. When you pay extra for that, you hope to get that added to your order. This time I had no chicken and half the steak, my chips were all broken and most were as small as a quarter. The store front is always a mess, food and trash everywhere. Although it is the closest location to the gym I go to, I’ll be driving out of my way to other locations from now on. The lakeville location has been awful and I will not be going there anymore.

This is absolutely the worst store for customers and delivery drivers. The people that work there are slow and rude. It’s bad enough that they never check if the right order is going to the right person. At least check people so others food does not get stolen. Tonight they did not even offer to remake the order that they lost for one of my customers, I had to tell the customer that someone stole her order. This store makes everyone’s job harder to do. We all work out here if you don’t like your job or can’t do it efficiently then quit. Such a horrible experience and yes very dirty not well maintained. The workers don’t care about this job and is always messing around just close already or get new and efficient management. I seen so many red flags surprised they have not been closed done by the health and safety inspector.

I hit it at the wrong time, service is great they were cooking for the dinner rush and I got the end of the serving on meat before fresh went in. Staff is great food was still good just not what it can be. Recommend this location. Parking is tight with a truck when they are busy. Just like all take out, hit it right and you are golden, hit it wrong you will still probably be okay. It is dinner we didn’t cook on a tight schedule.

This is the worst chipotle ever. They’re often out of ingredients but will make your (to go) order anyway, without mentioning it. Orders are NEVER on time for pickup. When you dare ask about your order (even 30+ mins after its time), they are extremely rude. I cannot wait for the new chipotle in Lakeville to open and never go to this location again. They should close this chipotle to stop tarnishing the brand.
