I’ve been daydreaming of going to Chin’s for over 8 years now. I finally found the opportunity to make it in for dinner on our way home from San Diego. This place was pretty good and not too bad. The pot stickers were amazing. They melted in my mouth like smooth butter on a warm Georgia day sitting in a Krogers parking lot. The noodles were pretty good and the spicy Honey chicken was awesome. The service was really nice too. All of the staff were super friendly.

Ordered take out. I thought prices were high initially but portions were quite large so 2 adults could easily share an entree especially if you get an appetizer too. Food was nicely packaged and done promptly after ordering online. Pictured is cashew chicken. Seemed like it was fresh food also, not reheated. Also tried sweet and sour chicken, pot stickers, and egg rolls. Of note sweet and sour chicken sauce was served already on the chicken.

Excellent Chinese food in Carlsbad !! Well spiced. Freshly made. Highly recommend the hot and sour soup and the Green beans with spicy beef. The prices are high but the portions are large and generous.

Our server John Smith was very funny and made sure we had everything we needed. He was super attentive!
The food was delicious and I highly recommend getting the string beans with pork. It was my favorite dish! My boyfriend loved the wonton soup.

The lunch set is amazing! We got the beef and string bean and the tangerine chicken lunch. We ordered level 5 star spicy and it was great! Not blow your mind spicy but a good heat and flavor. The server was friendly and helpful, she kept our water full and the food came out quick and hot. The lunch set is a ton of food and totally a great deal. You get a soup, crispy wontons, an egg roll, a cream cheese wonton, marinated cucumbers, fried rice, your protein and an orange- SO MUCH FOOD!!! Highly reccomend, good Chinese is hard to find in San Diego and Chin’s does not dissapoint!

Placed a HUGE 3 family order to be picked up for my families traditional chins dinner on Christmas. This location handled our super sized order and had it ready and Delicious when we arrived. They forgot a couple of egg rolls but at the end of the day they were so nice when we arrived to pick up the order despite being packed. absolutely delicious Chinese food my wife and I share chicken with vegetables, beef and string green beans and they were both fantastic. The meat was so tender. The spice was perfect and the service was magnificent. We’re from Portland and we love this place.
