Place looks clean ect. The lady was was pleasant but its just weird to have someone shove your bill out of a little slot in a cardboard divider, and take tour payment the same way ( think the worst of covid behavior) just weird. I payed and she literally ran out se my food on a table and ran back behind a closed door as I ran my card. $64 plus tip went straight in the trash when I got home. Lots of food, but all of it was absolutely horrible. Did combos since I had never been there , and a order of pan fried lo mein. The general tso and almond chicken im 99% sure were chicken nuggets from Costco. The Kirkland chicken chunks have a very distinct flavor i recognized through the general tso sauce from a bottle litteraly still in the shape of the spoon and dumped on top of the nuggets.. not even stirred.
The almond chicken is chicken nuggets too, so that flavor along with whatever that gravy was.. it looks like Dijon mustard and had the texture of loose cheesecake. Horrible taste and texture.
Mongolian beef was barely edible but you could tell just how poor quality the beef was , and it overall was a sloppy brown mess.
Chicken subgum was ok no real flavor good or bad. Just something to fill your stomach.
The pan fried noodles were a sloppy mushy mess. No flavor, almost no smell except from the way overcooked shrimp that the one bike I took tasted like what a dirty fish tank smells like.
The noodles had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Nightmare texture to try to eat. I would have had to eat them with a spoon if I ate them at all.
I wish I could have gotten my money back. Worst meal ive paid for in a long time. Im glad I got it to go, because I would have refused it and left had we dined in.

Edit April 2025: Nevermind, their customer service is definitely a hit or miss. I went to pick up my food, the lady sat my order on a table several feet behind me, not even acknowledging me! I stood there nearly 5 minutes before she angrily yelled, “I already put your order THERE!” You missed out on a tip and lost a customer. Some of the food is so-so, most of it is weird, but none of it is worth being yelled at like you killed off their bloodline. Weirdos…

First, I’d like to note this is the best customer service I’ve experienced when ordering take-out. The lady was polite, quick, and delightful! The rice and sweet and sour prawns are also amazing. However, the almond chicken and egg foo young both come with a weird, cream of chicken, gravy-like sauce that tastes like it should be on turkey dressing. Not the (Americanized) Chinese taste I was looking for at all. Very strange…restaurant atmosphere is cozy, not too bright or overly-stimulating. Would be willing to try again, but will probably stick with chicken fried rice.

Food was not the best it could be, the lo mein was more like saugy top ramen.. general sao has thick sauce just dumped on it and the almond chicken looks like messed up gravy with no actual almonds. The bbq pork had weird discolors dont recommend

The friend rice was white rice in soy sauce- nothing else in it. The generals chicken was consistency of thick bbq sauce, the battered chicken was good and the orange sauce decent. I didn’t care for th egg roll / classic wrap (egg roll). I was really disappointed tbh.

Uhh. TRUST THE REVIEWS. the almond chicken is literally gravey..no nutty flavor at all they just pour the sauce over the chicken very salty. Its so far from almond chicken it should be false advertising. The “fried rice” is just rice soaked in soy sauce.. the sweet n sour chicken is ok but I can tell its literally bottled sace they give you a side of it and its thick jelly n you can tell they just heat up what goes over the chicken. Only 2 crab Wonton for a meal with up charge the noodles were not very good. SAFEWAY CHINEASE IS BETTER AND MORE ACCURATE WAYYY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT IT is…I honestly feel like they should just stop trying and go out of buisness n thats harsh I know but ive had some bad food..but price for food is awful

Overall we are very disappointed.

– All of the food was drenched in sauce and did not taste fresh at all. It was salty, especially the fried rice (it tasted like it was cooked completely in soy sauce). The fried rice had no vegetables and less than an egg in each serving. Most of their food was bland and tasted off. The water was room temperature and tasted like metal.

– As for service, it was subpar to say the least. We were supposed to have tea with our meal that they never gave us and they never offered us any other beverages. They could not handle the service they were getting from takeout orders. The waitress left mid taking our order to answer the phone. They ran out of half of the items on the menu so we had to re choose what to order three times!

– It was $50 for three mediocre plates, granted, this is a “quantity over quality” type of restaurant.

– Go to Panda Express for a better “gourmet” Chinese food experience.

We went to lunch a little after 1 on a Saturday. We waited over 5 minutes for an employee to come out and seat us. The same thing happened to the next guests that came after us. The food came quickly. It was the best combination lomein we’ve had so far in the area. The egg rolls were huge but mediocre. I week go back to try other dishes.

Great food. My wonton soup had fresh veggies and tasted awesome. I’d say this is 2nd best in the valley. They should really change the murky looking glass cups that they serve water in tho.

It was busy, but good food was served. I felt bad for the staff; they were doing their best to keep up. Not a stall was left in the parking lot. They do take out orders. In door seating. Easy access from the main drag.

The soup is the reason I go here. I went alone and there were 3 other tables with 2-4 people. The woman who is always there as the waitress, was really friendly and making jokes at times with the other 3 tables. Not once with me. She didnt even make eye contact with me. I assume its because I wasnt going to be a big tip or big enough order. I had 3 glasses of water. She seemed so irritated that I drank my water. One of the times she only filled it part way. Same with my hot tea. When she brought it out she filled my tea cup less then half and walked away. She never asked if I needed anything. Had her young son bring out my check. The other food is less the mediocre to say the least. The service is even worse, at least if you are dining alone. This is not the first time service has been terrible. One of the other customers asked about the wonton soup and she told her so 3 egg flower soup? And she said I guess I just have never tried wonton soup. She said it’s okay you want egg flower soup. I assume because it’s easier. The best thing about this place is the wonton soup and egg flower soup. The wontons fall apart but it’s a great broth with lots of veggies usually.
