You have to holler at the worker to acknowledge you’re there. Dude was on his phone and had ear buds in. He kept picking up his phone every chance he could. Scoops noodles, picks up phone. Scoops chicken, picks up phone. Asks a second time what drink I’d like because he forgot already, picks up phone then fills drink. Takes my card to process payment, picks up phone. Food is mediocre. I’ll not be back, even if customer service was better.

The manager is extremely rude.
When I set my food on one of the tables in the food court the liquid inside started pouring out the bottom. It clearly had a hole in it.
I brought it back up and asked for a new box, not a refund or new food, just a box. The manager threw a fit saying I was wasting his money by getting a new box and argued that it was my fault. He snatched the food from me and fully replaced it and was being passive-aggressive telling the other customers that he wouldn’t put any juices in my food and showing them.

Used to be a great place to eat, have been going there faithfully since I was a kid. I can honestly this place is not worth the time or money anymore. The food has been reaching subpar for a while now but it’s nothing in comparison to the horrible customer service. Impolite, disrespectful, and inconsiderate on how their customer’s food is handled. Dodge the bullet and enjoy your meal elsewhere.
