It appeared to look run down, and overly used! The lady at the counter was nice but I was hungry and wanted to eat soul food like my hood! It was nothing like Kim’s Kitchen in Buffalo! My word! No flavor , and the rice !! Tuff chicken too as if they reused them

I rarely leave reviews, but this was genuinely awful. The food was absolutely bland and barely palatable absolutely no seasoning, no flavor, nothing remotely close to what you’d expect from Chinese food. Everything tasted flat and disappointing.
You know it’s bad when Wegmans / Trader Joe’s frozen Orange Chicken tastes gourmet compared to this.
I’ve never had Chinese food this bad. One star is generous, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

They are always so nice !! And the food is always so good and fresh My fav is a Sesame Seed Chicken Combo. The chicken is always so soft ( I have gotten it from the Great Wall in the falls and it’s hard and stringy ). But this place is wonderful !!!

As with the other fast food places on Grand Island, this place is the pits. The food is barely edible, the staff is rude, and the place is unhygienic. The last time I ordered food here, I was sick for days afterwards. I’ll never return.

Healthy, great prices, and very fresh ingredients used Chinese spot on the island. One of the best in WNY area. My boyfriend and I love ordering from them!

I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life while supporting a local business. It started with the guy on the phone who took my order. Very short, no “ hello, good day etc”. Gave me short answers and then hung up. It continued when I went to pick up. The young lady who gave me my order was very short and after I paid, I got no thank you, have a nice day, etc. I could probably deal with it better if the food was fabulous but it was far from that! Get your act together!
