I drive all the way across town during rush hour to pickup Singapore Chow Mei Fun … the best in town.. hands down. Delicious.

Before I went carnivore.. I also loved their house fried rice. Their egg rolls remind me more of a nj version (iykyk) too.

Favorite place in town! I wish I could still eat here… but my kids aren’t on my diet so I make a special trip JUST for them now.

An 8 year old with a preference is telling this place is so good… and the portions are nice for the price. ❤

(Fried rice isn’t greasy, either — like some places)

I started eating here in 2016 -2018. My youngest son and I would walk across from Braden River Lakes to order and eat. This had been our favorite China Wok! The food was delicious except they changed the crab Rangoon and I couldn’t eat it or enjoy it. But other than that quite delicious and cooked well. Please bring back the other way of making the cream cheese crab rangoon! Please

I recently moved to Bradenton and need a Chinese restaurant to replace my favorite one back home. I guess I’ll keep looking. I ordered the dragon and Phoenix which has chicken and jumbo shrimp. To be fair the shrimp were tasty and large. However, the rice was bland and the chicken not great. They asked me to pay upfront even though I was a walk in. There has to be better.

This used to be the best Chinese takeout food around. Boy, has this place gone downhill. First off, they raised the prices on everything… again. (In the photos, you’ll see the previous prices on the left and the new increased prices on the right.) They recently raised their prices already over the past year. Just less than a year and a half ago, the lunch special was $5.95. Secondly, the quality of the food has really been poor. The fried wontons that clearly state “meat”, no longer have meat or crab. It’s solely just cheese. The sweet and sour dipping sauce for it also had a chemical taste to it. Third, we hesitated even eating the food. While we were waiting in line to pick up our food, one of the cooks (no mask or gloves) went to the cash register and handled money. He then went back to the chicken that was sitting in a large bowl, grabbed a handful, and tossed it into a portion container and threw it into the cooker. Another cook (an older man wearing a cap and no mask) also was coughing into the pan he was cooking. Finally, the gentleman that always answers the phone and handles the cash register is always rude. Without fail. Wow, unbelievable. Needless to say, the increase in prices, the decrease in the quality of food, and the unsanitary practices are enough for us to find a new takeout Chinese place around town!

We been eating here off and on for a few years because they’re very close to home. The last time I went a few weeks ago I don’t know if they were in a rush or the oil was bad but they completely over fried everything. My sweet and sour pork which is supposed to be little pieces of pork deep fried ended up being fried all the way through and being crunchy like I don’t know it was awful. They rolls the wontons they were all the same condition. I don’t know if they were overwhelmed and lost track but I will definitely be checking those items before I leave the restaurant next time beware I would avoid on super busy days.

Typical no frills chinese take out experience. The service was kind and it was quick. The food itself is a touch above the standard take out quality you experience around these parts. Lot of reminded me of back up North especially the fried rice. The general tso was crispy and had those sweet sugary crisped edges I love in this dish, the eggrolls were crispy and not oily (the shrimp eggroll was a touch on the salty side)…My family was happy and we would return.

Food was good and made fresh to order. I recommend this place if you want a quick meal.

Pros: Good flavor, rice, portion size, salt level.

Cons: There wasn’t a ton of meat in my broccoli beef. It was still very filling.

Haiyaaaa Uncle Roger would not approve of this fried rice. It was so bland adding soy sauce couldn’t help it. Ordered extra spicy and there was no spicy and no flavor. First time I’ve ever eaten something that just had zero flavor neither good or bad just nothing.
