My grandson, daughter and I had lunch here today . The place was really clean and the food was great. The 2 young ladies that were working today were awesome…it’s hard to find people who appreciate their jobs. Today is March 29 on a Saturday…we had lunch at around 2…if you want great service with a friendly smile visit on a Saturday during lunch hours.

I wanted to like this place since its right down the street from my house but it’s a no for me. The atmosphere was nice and it was cery clean, but the food was very bland. I sampled the bourbon chicken and it was so dry and tasteless that i didn’t get it, which was the main entree I wanted. I decided to just get the fried rice and general tso chicken. I literally stay 1 minute away and when I made it home I had to put the food in the microwave because it was cold. I put 2 packs of soy sauce on the fried rice and it was so dry and bland that I didn’t even finish eating it. The general tso chicken. Wasn’t spicey at all and tasted like sesame chicken with no sesame seeds. I can see how the parking lot and restaurant was empty.

Decided to visit China Wok-Fondren this evening for a late lunch. Greeted by a very nice young lady behind the counter. Took less than 8 mins tops to situation my order and all of this is under $12. Food was hot and ready for consumption. Pork Egg was delicious and fresh ended up eating those on the drive home. Will be back.

Originally I was door dashing and I had a pickup order at this location. The fast customer service and food presentation paired with the amazing smell, led me to return and dine in with my husband later that evening. 100/10!! It was delicious, tasted fresh, and for the amount of food you get, the prices are great! Thank you to the staff, for providing great food and amazing fast, friendly, service!
