New to the Knoxville area, we were looking for a nearby Chinese buffet and decided to give China Wok Buffet a try. Unfortunately, we left extremely disappointed. The food was cold, fried items were sitting in grease, and everything seemed to just be languishing under the warmers—unappetizing and unappealing. The wonton soup and egg drop soup were completely watered down with little to no flavor. After paying $50, we ended up stopping at Zaxby’s on the way home to actually get a decent meal. Sorry, not sorry—wish we had gone to Zaxby’s first. If I could leave zero Stars I would but unfortunately I have to leave at least one. I highly doubt we will ever be back!

I adore this place! Super clean food is delicious, staff is very welcoming and attentive. The only thing is that they don’t play any music so if you sit next to a quiet table just know you’re being listened to. HA! But honestly I go to this place all the time!!!

I got take out today and the food was so good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got crab rangoon, egg rolls, fried rice, general tso (sp) chicken and beef w/ scallops. Everything was fresh and delicious! Definately going back soon.

The place is clean, but the staff are unattentive and the food is seriously regrettable. Went around dinner and half of the food options were cold. Price for two was over 30 dollars. I could not stress enough how underwhelming the food was, save your money and eat elsewhere!

I love Chinese food!! The green beans were delicious! The crab rangoons and fried/steamed dumplings were delicious as well.

The food was okay. I felt sick by the time I finished. I didn’t eat Sushi or anything that should have been questionable. I ate rice, chicken, wonton, egg roll and egg drop soup. I suspect something gave me food poisoning. I ate around 4 p.m. and still sick hours later.

Absolutely delicious food! We’ve been eating here for years. The waitresses, waiters, and cooks are so friendly. Everything’s always fresh and the sushi is so amazing. We’ve never had any bad experiences after all of the times eating here.

Got home with out food and there was a piece of metal. I called the restaurant to let them know we had thrown it away and requested a refund. The gentlemen agreed. I drove to the restaurant and the staff questioned it even after providing then with then metal piece. We have ordered from here routinely each week but after their lack of customer service we well never return
