I have previously dined here and found the food to be quite satisfactory. However, on this occasion, I ordered the Sesame Beef for takeout. Upon arriving home, an hour away, I discovered that the dish contained no beef, only fried dough. This was quite disappointing. When I contacted the establishment to inform them, they acknowledged that there should indeed be beef in the Sesame Beef. I believe the accompanying photograph will clearly illustrate the lack of beef in the dish. I paid $16 for what amounted to soggy fried bread.

Just recently tried them for the first time a few weeks ago and I’ve overded them over a handful of times since. Every time I’ve ordered, except once, it was delivery. It arrives correct and burning hot (like careful, you’ll literally scald your tongue lol). It comes faster than expected and always tastes good. Highly recommend, it’s our new go to (or delivered)

Well we didn’t get our food and it was like 2 hours later and I finally called and the guy hung up on me twice. Finally the manager answered the phone and she goes oh oh we left it at the office cuz there’s a red bench there so we walked down there and there’s no food. And it’s like okay well now we finally found it at a different person’s apartment that had a red chair. Cole never said we had a red chair and Cole never said what apartment it was and this is the places fault because the address thing that they have is wrong. So how did that girl know that that apartment at 160 apartments was not ours but she thought it was ours? Well because she just thought it had a chair will only 30% of the apartments are on the bottom floor I mean there’s chairs actually a lot more chairs on the second and third level so she just saw a chair and she just put it on that patio. And now they blocked us. Ridiculous

Unfortunately, the food I received was not as expected. The rice was undercooked, and the shrimp chow mein was not as described. It appeared to be a gooey sauce over cabbage, onion, and shrimp. Additionally, the delivery driver left the food outside my door without knocking, and it sat there for almost 30 minutes. I am disappointed with the quality of the food and the delivery service. That shrimp with lobster sauce looks more like grits with shrimp in it. What did I do to deserve this? Haiyaa made my ancestors cry. 5 star reviews are from people who’ve never had quality food before.

I placed an order for delivery they said it’ll be 40 min to deliver and never got delivered. I called the restaurant and they didn’t want to give me a refund nor do something about it. Without letting me explain they just kept hanging up. I seriously doubt I’ll be ordering from this place again!! By far the worse customer service!!!

The kid at the counter is insanely disrespectful. We were kind and respectful to him, but he talked down us like we were sworn enemies or something, LOL. He mumbles everything he says, and gets mad when you ask him to clarify. When we ordered our food, he’d be like “Um, a small??? A large???” Scoffing, glaring, and shaking his head like we were the dumbest people alive lmao. I’ve never been scoffed at so many times in a two minute interaction, it was kind of impressive, honestly. The food is good but OH my GOD he sucks so much.

It’s a hole in the wall but GREAT! I especially love the shrimp with Chinese vegetables (super fresh shrimp and veggies) and their homemade egg rolls. I don’t love that all the chicken is not white meat, and I know that is my preference so not docking them for that. But if it is important o you, I would ask (generally, things like chicken with broccoli is breast and the fried orange chicken/sesame/etc is thigh). They are fast and always correct with my orders even when I have modifications. Highly recommend, and this is my new go to for quick and fresh Chinese.

My daughter ordered dinner through Grubhub, driver was not at fault, this is why we are doing a review here instead of on GH.
We ordered sweet and sour chicken, it was delivered without the sweet and sour sauce. Ordered vegetable lo mein and it was completely tasteless along with the veggie egg rolls. Not worth the money spent and will not return.

I’ve ordered from here twice. Once last year and then today. We went with them because I knew the beef and broccoli was delicious. Tonight we got chicken lo mein, beef and broccoli, chicken fried rice, general chicken, and steamed dumplings.
They did forget one of the containers of lo mein so we had to go back and they hooked us up with rangoons. which they absolutely didn’t have to but glad they did. They’re delicious.
The only thing was that the generals chicken was lacking the spice. Everything else was absolutely delicious. We will be back!

I remember the dumplings being really good a few years ago, but this visit, everything was really bland. Even the sauces weren’t as flavorful as I would have liked.
