Spent over $30. Order was mostly correct but missing items. Food was not fresh and didn’t have flavor. Rice was mushy. Lo mein had no flavor. The only flavor in the fried rice was the peas and carrots and that rice wash mushy too. Teriyaki chicken sauce has no flavor even in the sauce. Orange chicken is the color of the chicken, no orange flavor. I would ask for a refund if I was eating there but I took it home for my family.

I eat out a lot, and I was wholly unimpressed with ordering food from here. I haven’t eaten at a China Wok in a very long time and my partner and I wished that we both saved our money. We both got diarrhea after eating from here. The service wasn’t good, the lady was unhelpful in answering questions and then started screaming at someone on her headset when we were ordering. The food looked and tasted old. Not a lot of food offered compared to other similar chinese food restaurant chains, but I guess with getting diarrhea from the restaurant that it was better not to. The food court it was in was very empty, and was quiet which was the only highlight of getting food from here. Neither of us wants to return to China Wok.

So the food is pretty awful. She served me food that had obviously sat out for hours. Chicken is burnt, rice is burnt, the cream cheese wontons were burnt on the ends, and soggy elsewhere. Pretty sure I was over charged too. Menu says $10 for a 2 entree combo, $3 for a drink, and somehow my total was $18. The lady was nice tho. Mall is empty. Clean tho.

I personally hate leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves one star. China Wok was a huge disappointment.
The portion sizes were extremely small, especially considering how much prices have gone up. The food was bland and felt low quality, making it even harder to justify the cost.
What’s most frustrating is the location. Being in a prime spot near the outlets, you would expect better effort, but it honestly feels like they just don’t care.
Smaller portions, higher prices, and poor quality make this place hard to recommend.

honestly this is the worst chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Sorry to say. It looked good on the menu. Egg rolls had absolutely no taste and wontons were hard and dry. My ramen which was crispy chicken, tasted and smelled like fish. A truly regrettable choice stopping here to eat. I hope I don’t get sick. All the food appeared to have sat for hours prior to it being served. The hard boiled eggs were brown….yuck

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I feel it necessary to do so this time. I placed an order via delivery and the food arrived refrigerator-cold (no heat in the delivery vehicle?)
Due to having Crohn’s disease, I asked for the vegetables in my entree to be cooked well done. Instead, I got raw vegetables and chicken that was so overdone that it was inedible! I truly mean that the chicken was a blackened briquette/rock texture and was in no way palatable. We ordered a double order of egg rolls and they were so overcooked that even my husband couldn’t eat them and he’s a very non-picky person!
Typically we will always give a restaurant another chance; anyone can have a bad night. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. There is no fixing this experience with us!

Witnessed them mix leftover burnt chicken into fresh chicken and sell.. the chicken and sauce was literally black before they mixed it.. and did it without blinking an eye, like it’s regular. Then gave me an attitude when I said I didn’t want the old chicken..
