Made a takeout order once the food arrived we discovered that there was no sweet & sour sauce for the sweet & sour chicken, called they said we will send it right out sorry.. 45 minutes later I call and ask about the sauce he transferred me to a manager who was rude and said it will be there at some point and he didn’t care I stated The food was ruined, and that I just wanted a refund. His driver can have the food back He refused and continued to be disrespectful and laughed about the fact he was not gonna do anything about it.

After placing many large orders over the years and having to call in multiple times with complaints today was the final straw. I ordered 2 orders of the pu pu platter in which they only sent one and said it was for 2. I’m sorry but one container with empty fried dumplings and ribs that are only bone and fat I don’t consider a meal for one yet alone 2 people. Just so you know this cost $13 for one person

I generally enjoy eating here; so I’ve ordered different things on the menu now that I like most of what I’ve had in the past. I didn’t take a photo; but I ordered a chicken dish and unfortunately, it was all celery, carrots and peanuts. I will look through the menu to find what I ordered; but there was hardly no meat at all..70% celery and carrots, 20% peanuts and 10% meat and it was all undercooked..so the vegetables were crunchy..I usually don’t leave bad reviews; and I know it’s not all the time which is why it’s not a 1..But I hope you find this helpful to change up the some of your dishes and be mindful of the cost-meat ratio..when you pay $12-$14 for uncooked veggies and a bit of meat; its a bummer.
