I ordered General Tso for lunch. Well….they left out the chicken. Don’t let the picture fool you. These are not huge pieces of chicken! It is fried dough! There wasn’t any chicken! I even left them a tip when I picked up the food.
When I took my first bite; it tasted good. But, no meat.I tried another piece, only to find out that all of the pieces had no chicken. I cut a few to show everyone. I didn’t have time to cut all the pieces in half to show. I am really disappointed!!!

The food is always ready in 10 min when I order. When I pick up the food, it’s hot and fresh. They’re fried rice is actually Chinese fried rice (Chinese restaurants in Ohio seem to not understand what a proper fried rice is). My usual order is general tso’s chicken or boneless spare rib combination platters. The chicken tastes and looks like real chicken, nothing questionable, and the sauce is on point. Their boneless spare ribs are actually meaty and large in size (some places the boneless spare ribs are more like a jerky) and the glaze on them is just right. Also, I have to add that this spot has the most amazing crab rangoons.

Ordered pick up about 3 weeks ago. On my way to pick it up I was in a terrible accident. These people BLEW MY PHONE UP FOR DAYS. Over and over. Because I obviously never made it in to pick up my food. The first 2 hours after I ordered, I was being transported to a hospital in an ambulance with severe injuries. They called me over and over and over and over, a police officer had initially answered there calls, as they were calling private after a while. They must have thought I was pranking them. So they continued calling my work phone over and over. Extremely unprofessional!!!! There food isn’t even that good, they always forget a bunch of stuff anyways. I’m just shocked how they handled this situation

The reviews on the web had me FOOLED!!! Stopped here for dinner to pick food as we were traveling home…dont let the 4.4 stars get you! The lo mein is more like spaghetti mein…never have I ever had lo mein with spaghetti pasta noodles!! TERRIBLE. Veggie lo mein with no veggies!!! Tragically sad.
