They cheat you…get your order wrong , tack on extra but not give you what you ordered extra… then when you tell them about it…Asian lady scrunches up her little face and shouts at you. The Hispanic lady running the front counter is very rude, unless you are Hispanic. The stench coming from the kitchen was VERY concerning! This place was decent up until about a month ago….I can no longer recommend them as they have declined so much in such a short amount of time.

I (embarrassingly) eat here several times a week usually, and I absolutely love this place. I’m usually picky with Chinese restaurants and anywhere that serves chicken because the thought of getting undercooked food freaks me out. This place hits it spot on every time – I usually get chicken on a stick, or sweet and sour chicken, and it’s always awesome. The price is really reasonable, and they always give huge portions. I’m very thankful for china wok being in chatsworth because there is so little to eat here, and the ladies at the front counter are always so polite and know exactly what they are doing!

UPDATE: I am back today. The owner came straight out and apologized to me as soon as i walked in!
No one there to take my order. When she came out, she was on the phone.
The man in front of me didn’t know his phone number. His grandson came in and gave a wrong number too. They finally got it figured out.
When i tried to order, she said I was 3 minutes too late to order lunch. I told her I was there in time. I couldn’t help all that had just happened.
She still said no, but i left.
I have been a regular customer up until this.

Hi H D Holtzclaw, I was also at the restaurant that day and actually overheard your conversation with the manager. You did arrive the restaurant later than lunch time and that’s the reason why they stop taking your order. I have been a royal customer for this restaurant and I really enjoy both the food and service there. I am just stating what l’ve seen and wish his comment won’t affect other customer’s view toward the restaurant.
