I’ve always loved Arby’s. Definitely one of my fast food go to places. I’ve had most things on the menu and its almost always good. I’m usually a lamb gyro guy but today I got the loaded Italiano or whatever it is called. I will tell you this has been my absolute favorite sandwich/sub I have ever gotten anywhere. Absolutely delicious. I hope they make it a regular item. Sweet tea is always good. Curly fries always seem fresh. Love the 3 pepper sauce as a dip for my curly fries or on my roast beef if I have that. This location in Maumelle has always had great service. The one in Bryant is probably my favorite. Either way pretty much any Arby’s I’ve been to was clean and had friendly service with pretty fast wait times. Sheridan is also a good location.

my boyfriend and i were about to go on a trip to our parents house so we decided to have a dinner date before we had to separate for a little. we decided to get arby’s because that’s one of our favorite fast food places. when we get to the window, Zeanna childers sounds like she was already over her shift. and i get it. i use to work in fast food and people coming near closing is very frustrating. but you still be polite because that’s what you signed up for (especially with being a manager). we pull up to the window and my boyfriend decides to change his mind and gets sliders instead. again, i know it’s irritating, but to get looked at like he just asked for a million dollars was uncalled for. she then says “that’s a 5 minute wait”. as we are waiting i see on the receipt it says “1 smoked brisket sandwich”. that may have been my fault but i ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. when i tell the man that has now taken over the window, he tells Zeanna and she visibly rolls her eyes, says something and then fixes the issue. she then asks if i want a refund. i say yes because the turkey bacon ranch is cheaper then the brisket and she just stares at me. i stare at her back and then she says “ im gonna need your card” at this point, im fed up with the attitude and i say “well you should have said that in the first place” she then takes my card, refunds the money, and then tries to charge my card for the right order. i tell her i don’t have the money for another sandwich. and she keeps trying to charge my card. she then looks at me and says i owe 6 dollars and sum odd cents, i tell her i don’t have it and she says “well the food is past my window i can’t take it back” and then slams the window in my face. when i get back home i look in the bag and everything is thrown in there, im very very disappointed. the people here are always nice so this really caught me by surprise. if you can’t be friendly. don’t work at the window and definitely don’t be a manager. it’s not hard to be nice.

The cashier that’s in drive thru on night shift is rude as hell. I had an issue with my order being taken properly and all my items was NOT in my bag. I told the cashier and he kept talking over me. Very loud and WRONG! Very disrespectful. Idk who is raising these kids. But please get them out of customer service. Just because you work behind the window, don’t mean the doors aren’t unlocked. Caucasian male, about 5’7, brittle kid. This happened on Thursday @ 5:50pm. Get him out the window and give a job to people who actually wants it.

I ordered the deluxe burger meal. And the hamburger was worth the money that I paid for the whole meal. This was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The pattie on this burger was so thick. Arby’s should sell burgers instead of roast beef. A+ meal

Look let’s be honest Arby’s isn’t even close to the best fast food out there. Until they came out with the nuggets I never saw a reason to come here. But they have been slowly doing better as a company. But this specific location has a great GM and pretty good team. Never disappointed here.

We ordered the Meat Mountain sandwich meal. It is an off-menu item, so some Arby’s may not carry it. You have to ask if they do. Anyway, it was enough for me and my husband to split and we were satiated. It was delicious and we were not disappointed! Thanks Arby’s!!!
