I had the worst experience on Christmas. I ordered at 12:45 from China wok. The woman that took my order said it’ll be about 20 minutes. When I came to get my order there was a young lady at the register I repeated my entire order to her she said yes this is yours order and then I proceeded to pay. When I got home I’m separated food and realized that I had to pork fried rice. I called and I let them know that they gave me two pork fried rice and it was supposed to be one pork fried and one vegetable rice. When I got back up there I asked the young lady is it possible that I can get a spring roll for the trouble. She asked the guy that’s normally behind the counter and he had an attitude face was surrounded and he said NO I said I apologize I was just wondering he then started waving his hands telling me to get out and that I had to wait 10 more minutes for my vegetable rice I said just give me a refund so I had to go all the way back home came back to get a refund talk a little time but I got my refund this is the second time this guy has given me an attitude I would not ever buy anything from that place ever again I wish you could have been a little nicer on Christmas. It’s crazy how I had to hit a star just supposed this message

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. I work in the nursing field so my coworkers and I were starving (7a-7p Shift ) keep in mind I’ve ordered take out with my family here and it was pretty good. So we all ordered the orange chicken lunch special. What they served us was Sweet & Sour chicken (0-10). I called to say hey you gave us the wrong food & the woman there started yelling ” You people Lie, I don’t believe you. You people eat the food then lie ,so bring it all back first because I don’t trust you people”. Needless to say I will NEVER spend my money with this company again.

I ordered this thinking it was like Panda Express Chow Mein but clearly it wasn’t lol. It was actually really good! It was in a light broth sauce (possibly like the lobster sauce..I’m not sure never had the lobster sauce) and came with the crispy noodles. I would get this again, the crispy noodles were stale as can be.

We drove down from Virginia to Winston-Salem for shopping and found this place online. As we entered, a door dasher was in front of us and we chatted while we waited. She told us that she was glad we found this place because it’s “the best Chinese food in Winston-Salem” I can’t speak for the other places in the area but it was the best I’ve had in a very long time. If it wasn’t over an hour away, I would be a regular customer. I love everything but my senior dad only eats Bourbon Chicken, not even the rice, just the meat. He ate more than he expected because it was so good. I got the General Tso’s combo so I could have fried rice and egg roll with it. We also got a bottled drink for each of us. Everything was great and it was served in To-go boxes with plates so we could easily bring the leftovers home for later. It was a pleasant atmosphere with just a few tables. One of the cooks sang as he worked, the food was brought over to us by a friendly and smiling woman. a child was in the corner doing homework or playing on a tablet. Later, as we were finishing, an older man brought out a kettle of green tea and offered a cup to us, which I gratefully accepted. It was a nice end to our day and I look forward to leftovers tomorrow!

The people rating it one star have probably only ever been once. I used to go here all the time with my friend, and we had nothing but a delicious and quick experience being served. The Crab Rangoon and Sweet Chicken is amazing, too. Sometimes they will have their kids playing on iPads near the kitchen but I really couldn’t care less, you can tell it’s just a family trying to make it and if you are respectful with them they will return it and serve you well. The cold sesame noodles are superb, and the vegetable lomein is delicious. They respected my request of no mushrooms. The service was fast and efficient with a great delivery time. I will be ordering here again
