Me and my girlfriend order from china wok often (like once every two weeks) and most of the time we have had great experiences. However, today we ordered and were given an incorrect item and missing item. They normally read the order back to you but it seemed like they were swamped so they didn’t. We called and asked for our correct and missing item, no mention of having to give back the mistaken item.
When the driver arrived he was very unprofessional and hostile to my girlfriend. He asked for the mistaken item and she let him know it was already disposed of already. He said he wouldn’t give the correct item to us unless we paid. She let him know she wouldn’t be shelling out anymore money, especially when there was no mention of exchanging the food when we called. My girlfriend said that this wasn’t her mistake and so we wont be paying to fix it and he said “not my mistake either”. My girlfriend came upstairs crying because she felt like it was made to feel like this was her fault. She’s recently had part of her small intestine removed and was finally healed enough to eat her favorite food and it was ruined for her. We won’t be coming back anytime soon, unfortunately (even tho this was our favorite Chinese spot).

Was eating my hot and sour soup when I bit into something metal, pulled it out of my mouth and it was a strip of metal. Tried to call twice and the store was closed, will be calling in the morning. But this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.

The foods good but the workers will hold your food hostage on you unless you tip them. If you use a card for delivery they will harass you over the phone about tips until you tell them a number and if the tip isn’t to there liking they’ll make you feel like you’re garbage for not giving a bigger one.
To the CRAPPY OWNER. Yes it does, you just don’t want the truth on Google. Here’s some more for you as well, your employees also use rotten cabbage in your soups that have it (Had to return a couple soups for that) and they somehow manage to get steel wool pieces in the soup too.

I ordered a combo special with lo mein, beef, and fried rice for takeout. I also tried the crab rangoons, which were very good! I appreciate that the crab rangoons had more than just cream cheese inside (which is what some other places do), but actually had some crab. Great portions as well, would recommend!

Went there on Christmas Eve to get some food to bring home to enjoy . One of the employees kids was coughing hysterically like he had whooping cough. Was running into the bathroom right by the food counter, was actually throwing up with the door open for all to see & hear. Not covering his mouth, not washing hands, touching everything in sight, including front door handle. We had already ordered over $100 worth of food and paid for it before this all occurred. Needless to say, the food went mostly to waste, and now, 3 days later, I am sick as a dog!! Never go there!!! His father kept screaming at him from behind the counter “ YOU GO TO HOSPITAL”. The kid was like 9 years old. Ridiculous!
Update: just tested positive for Covid. I’m sure many others who were picking up their orders were exposed to this kid.

First the beef teriyaki looks nothing like the picture and I see why! Looks gross and tastes nothing like teriyaki at all ! Do not recommend! Second we ordered 3 combo meals and with one chose chicken fingers instead of the egg roll, so when we were done ordering the lady read the order back and had 4 meals on the order and we corrected her twice and she insisted she had it right…. Total seemed a little high for 3 meals but we didn’t argue and when it was delivered we unpacked our food and found 4 meals in the bag hence why the bill is high!!!! We called to report the problem and the man on the phone went over the order with us and fixed the problem and gave a refund for the unwanted food.

We have ordered from this restaurant and location for many years.. the food is always fresh, hot, and they always give you sauces even if you don’t ask… and the fortune cookies are always crisp and fresh not stale.

Food was terrible. We had ordered before and it was pretty good. No chicken in chicken fingers. Wonton soup needed something. Rice very dry. And not enough sauce. Also we did not get fortune cookies. Also no crunchy noodles. Screwed up on one order – low mein not rice.This was suppose to be my birthday dinner
