Recently moved to the area and wanted to find our go-to local Chinese spot. I can assure you this place will not be it. Food looks much better than it tastes. The lo mein was good along with the shrimp but it’s nothing out of the ordinary. Very plain, nothing outstanding. My husband had the boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice and once again, not outstanding at all. If you’re looking to find a simple spot, this could be it but it’s no Gordon Ramsey.

I’ve been ordering here for years and recommend to everyone in area. I’ve ordered multiple things off menu and they have all been delicious, Food is always good and consistent. Staff is friendly and appreciative of tip. Chicken wings, fried rice , boneless spare ribs are top notch! Highly recommend!

First time ordering from China Tasty, the old China Royal, in Roselle Park. The fried crab sticks were ok, and the Lunch special shrimp w/garlic sauce was good. Either soda or soup with lunch special, no egg roll.

Ordered a takeout for Singapore Mei Fun less spicy. It comes with mixed meat of prawns, chicken and beef. Tastes delicious. Definitely must try.
Also ordered Chicken with garlic sauce medium spice. It had a sweet taste to it and was not at all spicy. It comes with sticky rice. Flavourful. Can give it a try.

Update. Food is still wonderful. Friendly staff and clean environment steamed chicken, white rice, garlic sauce all day long!! Generals chicken is also very very good.
