Personally I love theyre combination fried rice. They do it RIGHT here! The meats are what they’re supposed to be. Been to other places that put ham in it. Hams a cheap meat for a reason and idc for it in my combination fried rice. This place replaces green garden nicely for me. Inside looked a lil dingy but I don’t goto food places for atmospheres. I go there for food, ha

They didn’t text or email me when my order was ready. This is supposed to be Shrimp Pad Thai, it didn’t look or taste like a Pad Thai, very disappointing. Other items we ordered were ok.

Our experience was disappointing. We expected more. The steamed dumplings were exactly the ones we buy in the grocery store and nothing like what we’ve had at other Chinese restaurants before. Chicken fried rice had very little flavor and the chicken with snow peas was loaded with mushrooms and unsure what type of meat; definitely not chicken breast. We will not be back.

I’ve been by ChinaStyle numerous times while heading to phase three, but today I decided to swing by and give it a try. Soooo glad I did! Grabbed me some awesome Mongolian Beef and was it supper tasty! Glad I chose the small portion as well because it was substantial.
Go get some of that! The place isn’t anything to look at but friendly folks and great food.

It is family run and you can see them working in the kitchen. The food tastes very good and I was presently surprised that they will work with you to make it gluten-free if you have such allergic issues. Other Chinese restaurants simply don’t care and will hang up the phone when you ask about gluten-free options. We ordered Szechuan beef noodles and it came with a decent amount of meat. In another noodle house in Schaumburg they just provided a lot of gristle and fat. This was real meat. I highly recommend this place. Don’t be put off by the surroundings and the lack of decor.

I ordered the “Fried Dumplings (7)”. It seems they ran out of this item and instead of removing it off my order at/prior to pick-up, they charged me and gave me 12 pot stickers.
The menu is very misleading. The beef ho fun is made with rehydrated wide vermicelli noodles, not the wide thick rice noodle; and comes with a lot of filler. (I’m curious what is their beef chow fun then?)
The pepper steak is very much their own creation and doesn’t resemble the typical dish (it was literally a large pile of *shredded* onions + some beef).
The pork lo mein is barbecue pork (charsiu)! Pork and charsiu are very different and should be separate meat options given China Style’s extensive menu.
