The customer service was great. I forget the gentleman’s name at the counter. I did love his customer service. The shrimp fried rice has no wok action The rice is artificially colored. The shrimp is boiled. It doesn’t have the crispy bits that you get from a real wok. This is my opinion. I do appreciate the customer service but I was expecting fried rice. This is his best boiled and put together or steamed.

Food was great! Their lunch specials are super cheap too. I was hesitant to try it because of the rating but really wanted to give it a chance because I live so close. Really happy with the food here. Tastes like exactly what I expect my Chinese food to taste like. Chicken was great, egg roll wasn’t burned and rice had a nice flavor as well.
Service
The 1 star deduction is due to their costumer service being somewhat poor
Atmosphere – Clearly people rarely dine in. Their kitchen door always slams like someone threw it angrily and there’s supply boxes and tools all around. If they were to clean that up it would make it a much nicer place to dine in.

We ordered take out around 6:30 p.m. and didn’t sit down to eat till 9:30p.m. I was very disappointed. My food was burned and was given fried shrimp not cleaned. I called the restraunt to request a refund due to the quality and the man I spoke with was rude and argumentative.Told me because we didn’t eat the food right away that is how it was burned. The customer service is terrible and they have lost a once loyal customer that was willing to drive over 30 minutes to buy food from them. Buyers beware!

Place has so many 1 star reviews and I see they “scam charge also”. (Charged me for untouched fried rice I didn’t want) Had to be THE WORST Chinese take out I ever had. The rice tasted crunchy as if it wasn’t prepared all the way. I will not ever return and I left a tip. Never again. First time there. And I ended up throwing 75% of the food into the trash container at home. Terrible food.

Horrible food, horrible staff, horrible management. The chicken was old, and had to have been sitting around for multiple hours under a HEAT LAMP. Don’t eat here people. If you don’t believe this review, just call the place and see the first 5 seconds of your conversation… you’ll get it.
