Finger prints all over the door make you curious what the kitchens like. This place use to be a staple of Osceola and it’s sad to see it so ran down. The food was so hard and dry. The only thing that was good was the premade little cakes. I got the Buffett and asked if she could make more of two items with a NO response I’ll never be back.

First of all, the lady running the counter and phone service is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful for no reason!!! She Literally Tried to snatch a menu out of my hand, then refused to give me a receipt, after I paid! When I asked her name she scowled at me and walked away. The food is cold dry and not something me or anyone I know will ever be going back for! The shrimp is legit out of a box and hard and cold, crab rangoons are empty and dry as can be, noodles had no sauce. Every time I’ve went there she has treated me that way, and tonight, I finally spoke up! Never will I WASTE another penny in that junk!! Didn’t even give us one single napkin, no silverware, nothing!!

Very good food at a very decent price. The pictures on the walls along with unique pieces hung around make it very nice. Would definitely recommend

Went to get the takeout buffet container. There wasnt much food left but I was willing to wait. 2 crab rangoons in the warmer, I ask the lady are you going to be serving more crab rangoons? She says No but you can buy an order of 6 for $4.95… umm hello? im getting the buffet takeout why should I pay extra for something you ran out of and dont want to replenish? this place has really gone downhill. I have tried a few times to get food from here but they just dont replenish their food and im definitely not going to wait around inside for them to decide to fill things back up. And im going around lunch time, dinner time, it just doesnt matter they dont care. what a shame. theres better options dont waste your time here

Lady seating you and getting drinks was extremely rude and unfriendly. Food was warm but nothing was hot enough to be a safe temperature. We were there at 12:27 and they buffet had very little food and was not refilled. If they want to ruin their business are doing a great job. The town needs a nice place to eat and this could be it with a few changes and staff or owner improvements.

A very small restaurant with no big sign to find it. Finally found and we ordered sesame, chicken and chicken lo mein. The service was great! Got the food with in 10 minutes. The Chicken tasted good but was very chewy. The Lo mein was very plain. No veggies only a few pieces of onion and the noodles they use are very thick! The white rice was crunchy and undercooked.

For rural Iowa, this is outstanding Chinese fare. I recommend the buffet. Prices are extremely reasonable despite what some may say. It gets pretty good foot traffic, so the food is rarely just sitting in steamer trays for prolonged periods. The staff are kind and wonderful people. I eat here regularly and never have a bad experience.

Hours posted 11-9 but actually closed 2:30PM through 4PM if you enter after 2 she will yell at you we closed 2:30-4. Food is great when it is there but is often out of multiple dishes. Don’t expect good service, you will not get it.
