They got, I’m assuming, their kids going in and out the kitchen area.

ADORABLY ALLURĮNG
I visited around 11:09 AM, right at opening time. From the outside, the place looked closed, and when I went in, the staff didn’t seem very cheerful or energetic. As someone who’s soft-spoken and has social anxiety, it was a little hard to get their attention at first, but thankfully I didn’t have to repeat myself too much, and ordering was quick and easy.
I was torn between getting General Tso’s chicken and beef with broccoli. I prefer my General Tso’s on the spicier side, but when I asked if it was spicy, I didn’t get a clear answer. So I went with my safe choice—beef and broccoli—and I’m glad I did! The vegetables were fresh and still had a nice bite to them, not soggy, but full of flavor. The steak was decent, kind of gamey, so I’d give it a 6.8/10.
I ordered the lunch special but substituted the rice for lo mein (not sure what kind they gave me), and it ended up being the highlight of my meal! The noodles were flavorful and had a great consistency. Even with the substitution and a drink, my total came to under $15, which felt like a great deal.
Overall, the food was tasty and fresh, and I’d definitely come back again!! Next time I’ll try something new, maybe even the General Tso’s if I can get more info on the spice level!

Food was ok. The crab rangoons were mostly cream cheese, the wings had a few feathers but that’s not a big issue, and the rice was ok. Didn’t know peas and carrots were in them, so that threw me off a bit.

Love this spot actually but had to write this review because this is the second time I’ve had this issue. I don’t eat pork, I have a pork allergy but I ordered two shrimp egg rolls and got two pork instead. I was eating the egg roll and noticed it tasted off and then my throat got itchy I looked inside and realized I’d been eating a pork egg roll. I opened the next one and it was pork as well. They should be careful this could literally hurt someone

Ordered online, food was ready quickly. Steamed dumplings were ok, the dipping sauce gave it flavor. The egg rolls were not good. Ordered pork egg rolls, there wasn’t much pork in them. Got the beef and veggies dinner combo & sesame chicken dinner combo. The meats and veggies tasted great, but the chicken fried rice that came with the dinner combo was either old or not cooked properly. There was a stiffness to the rice. Not sure if I’d eat here again.

China panda flat shoals parkway is the way to go . They give you half plates here for $15 no shrimp inside of the house fried rice. Had to pay for extra . Not a problem . The food was for my kids so I never tasted it but the half size Styrofoam plates are a complete rip off especially for $16 when I can go up the street and get eight wings or four wings with a house fried rice for the exact same price nice atmosphere, it’s just a place that I will not make rich.

China Star is a mixture of Chinese and American food. They have your typical Chinese lunch special and dinner combo, hibachi and American food like wings, fries and cheese steaks. I’ve never ordered a cheese steak from them. Just didn’t look appetizing. This particular day the food was on point. The rice is generally on point in that’s my favorite. I’m giving them a four star since the last few times I’ve been there they’ve been consistent. Your experience may be different.

I ordered the Orange Tofu and Vegetable Fried Rice for delivery and the bag was secured with knots. The tofu was really great but some vegetables were more undercooked and crunchy than I would have liked. The price(18.31 tax included) is too high for the quality of food received.
