Absolutely love their weekday lunch special (Monday–Friday)! The Chinese food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious, making it one of the best lunch spots around. The customer service is excellent—friendly, fast, and always welcoming.

My go-to favorites are the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Combo 4, and Combo A—all perfectly cooked with generous portions. If you’re looking for a satisfying lunch with great value and amazing taste, this place is a must-try!

Dine in gets you the bonus hot and sour soup!

$72.00 for a late lunch for 2 people. one bowl, Egg flower soup, two orders potstickers, and 1 plate #4 – LEFT OVER fried rice, LOTS of sweet/sour SAUCE and SMALL bits of OLD/LEFT OVER pork. Fried chicken with 2 pieces that had edible meat. This resteraunt smelled, dirty carpet and people who manage are rude. Waitress was nice and attentive.

First time at this place today wanted some wonton soup smh bad choice I must say cause that’s my favorite soup!! The wonton tasted like doughy flour, bland flavor, so many wontons all the juice was gone no flavor to the extra meat inside since I ordered a combination wonton noodle soup ok will never order again!! Spent $144 and only thing I was able to eat was my Singapore noodles that were supposed to be spicy came out mild flavor and I’m a chef so I can really make my own but the experience was horrible getting home thinking the food is going to be busting and find out you just wasted so much money smdh never again

Came here during dinner time. Food quality is average. Price is ok. Portions of the food are always good for 2 people. I always get the honey walnut prawns when I go to chinese restaurants.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. The atmosphere is unique and the food is good – except the fried fish plate. I don’t recommend it. Everything else I’ve had there is really good and suits my taste. The servers are prompt and helpful. They won’t come to your table until you call for them, but they keep an eye out for you.

China Palace in Stockton, California is a reputable Cantonese restaurant which serves good dim sum during lunch hours and banquet and dinner items during all day. It is a great place to have a party or a family gathering.

The family specials on the back of the menu are good deals. The scallop fried rice is perfectly prepared. Other favorites: Honey prawn and walnuts, beef in XO sauce, orange chicken, sweet-and-sour pork, pea tendrils, calamari, and seafood soup.

Service with the young man at the front was quick and polite.

The roasted duck was amazing as always. Roasted pork was salty and chewy, it didn’t have much flavor and the portion is stingy for the price, it was not enough to share. Prawn in garlic sauce is okay, there’s not much shrimp. Ginger Beef and the eggplant in garlic sauce had the best flavors! Chinese broccoli is as expected and it goes well with the salty dishes. Chowmein is aight, not too much flavors which was a bummer but it helped balanced the rest of the seasoning dishes. But I’m happy that they switched to plastic containers for the soupy and saucey dishes because last year I ordered tomato beef and it melted the styrofoam takeout box.

Came here with the wife to attend a friends wedding reception. The food was really good and fresh. We really like the cold dish with the seaweed and surf clams. The fried quail was nice a crispy and you can crunch on the bones too. The place was also clean and service was prompt and attentive.

The restaurant is big. The foods taste good with big portion. The service is good. They sell dinsum for to go and dine in with the cart server. The Dinsum with the cart doesn’t have to many choices. You can make an order, the price a little bit different.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had during our wedding reception at China Palace in Stockton. What should have been a happy celebration turned into a stressful and upsetting situation because of their extremely poor service and complete lack of support.

During our event, a cash gift went missing. We repeatedly asked management to review the security footage so we could understand what happened, but getting any cooperation was incredibly difficult. We were met with dismissiveness, delays, and zero urgency. The way our concern was handled made an already painful situation even worse.

While we still don’t have answers, the lack of transparency and the unwillingness to help left us feeling disrespected and unsupported during what should have been a memorable day.

I cannot recommend this place for any important event. The service, communication, and accountability were deeply disappointing.
