As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The manager took our order and kept saying what else after everything we ordered instead of letting us finish. We hot pulled over for a while to wait on food and it was not good at all. The buns have changed on the checker burgers . More bun than meat. We get that everyday isn’t good but don’t bring it to work.

This is a review of the app. One store said they haven’t been able to use the app for a month–thats the manager/owner being a no show. The very nice staff said another store is able. We went to the drive up and was told to get the rewards from the app I had to order online. I had to get out of line to order. AND I had to purchase it online which I don’t want to do. Other businesses let me scan my app and then when I pay at the counter it applies the rewards or earned points. The Checkers app is bad enough I won’t shop here. That is the corporate executive staff’s failure.

Hot or miss. Kinda slow at times, fast at other times. I will say probably 95% of the time the food is delicious and made properly. Service kinds lacks though. The employees are just there to do a job and get a paycheck, not mean, but not helpful unless asked very specific questions.

This is a good fast food restaurant chain. They have very good burgers and fries and chicken items. I like their chicken tenders and fries. The staff seems very nice, clean and efficient to get you your meals. They also have plenty of beverages and good desserts. He prices are not low but seem reasonable for big items to eat.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a hotdog that falls apart when you open the wrapper then this is your place! Honestly, I’m easy to please and my expectations are low. Service was pretty horrible. I felt like a burden even making my order because, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted right away. Sounded annoyed when I asked for rootbeer but they were out so I took a second to make another choice.
The staff that was working that lunch shift seemed miserable. I don’t want to assume anything but, I hope she finds a job that makes her happy. This isn’t it. This is the third time I’ve gone in a few months and service has been extremely slow everytime. They have you pull into the other lane and wait. I was frustrated with a hungry toddler just to get a horrible looking hotdog that fell apart. Burger was also literally thrown together.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Checkers. The employee at the window never acknowledged us or made eye contact, which already felt dismissive. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and when we finally got it, parts of the order were missing.
When I informed her of the missing items, instead of listening, she insisted on checking the bag herself—putting her hands in it—which was unnecessary and unhygienic, especially when I had already looked and clearly told her what was missing. Waste of money everything was just throw in
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I expect better communication, accuracy, and respect when I spend my money. Very frustrating experience.
