The bourbon chicken meat was hot and fresh. The crab Rangoon was good. The egg roll and rice were ok. The hot and sour soup was disgusting! It has no flavor and turned into a gelatin. No matter how hot it was the texture was like jello. I almost threw up. This is the soup hot.

They were rude. I approached the window, they kept looking down at their phones. I tapped on the window, the lady responded, “what did you want?” She took my order for my soup. Placed a payment apparatus in front of me and walked away. Placed my soup in a bag in the window and left. I think they changed owners. Located 1/2 mile from my house.. The food I’ve been served under this new owner usually not fresh. It’s a game. No I never complained before. I was not welcome there. I won’t return.

Three strikes you’re out! I have ordered from here 3 times and all three times order was delivered a half hour after scheduled delivery time. They should find a driver that can calculate time and distance. If the food was great maybe I would overlook it but it’s nothing special. Plenty of other places to order from.

Customer service is awful! Messed up my order even though it waa correct on the receipt. They even charged me extra! I had to drive back WITH the food for a refund since they didn’t have time to deliver a new order. I am sure there is some COVID violation to take food back that has left the restaurant but hey who cares right. Such a shame!

Bought food from these guys twice and was impressed. Ordered a third time in one week and they said there delivery minimum was 15 bucks. My two prior orders were 12 bucks and I happily tipped. But this is just plain disrespectful. I don’t deal in shady business tactics.
