The place is clean and the food is tasty, but inside it is setup like a backroom rather than a restaurant. Don’t expect great service… the guy that took my order barely spoke English and was inconsiderate and indifferent. The food came out quickly and even though we asked to sit in, they just packaged it to go. We ordered lunch specials General Tsos and Chicken with broccoli. It is a good alternative to most fast food places but not so great if you compare to casual fast food.

Claimed a Hispanic lady came and got my food. When the name clearly said Alex. Accused me of lying and won’t give me my food. I ordered for pick up off DoorDash and they said someone showed him the verification screen. Which is a lie because I’m the only with it, there’s no other way, a driver was not sent as I was the one to pick it up.

Omg we have ordered from here twice and both times food was incredibly delicious. Fresh vegetables cooked perfectly, sauces were spot on, seriously so delicious. Definitely will be ordering from here again

I been ordering for years to the small part of pitchkettle for years and after the new owners after an adjustment period, I love it still and it’s always tasty. Don’t get the love like from previous owner but still I enjoy the food and I don’t mind spending my money there.

They must have new owners and cooks, the food was awful and a waist of money. I come from another city and I won’t be doing this anymore! I am so disappointed and the girl just threw me my food . The food was leaking in the bag. I miss the old owners!! It was so spicy I couldn’t even give it to my child. Food cost too much to be thrown away.

I was in the mood for some Chinese food so I came here for lunch. The lady was very friendly. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken with white rice lunch special to go. She said it’d be ready in ten minutes and it was. My food was hot and delicious. The chicken was nice and crunchy not mushy like some places. Then rice was fluffy and sticky. Broccoli was nice and crunchy too. Only recommendation I have is that they update their menu prices. My meal was like $2 more than the price on the menu on the window. They do have a sign on the front door saying that prices may be more than posted due to rising costs. Other than that, everything was great.

How I ended up here: Got turned down by Publix, Kroger and a Filipino place for trying to order a platter of fried wings for same-day pickup. Grocery deli places couldn’t even compete; the ladies at the grocery deli gave me attitude when I asked for same day wings–how dare of me to ask them such a thing!
Pleasantly Surprised: The young lady from China Moon who answered the phone was nice and there was no communication issues. That’s a big deal to me when it comes to ordering Chinese.
My Order: It was a Sunday afternoon, my two party platters were ready in 1 hour!! Holy Moly I was impressed! $38 per party platter was very reasonable Two platters was plenty of food for 10-15 people
The FOOD: We ordered a party platter of fried wings and party platter of General Tso’s chicken. WOW! Our taste buds went for a joy ride! General Tso’s chicken was made with juicy and tender chicken inside, chicken tastes fresh and the sauce was yummy. Crispy wings were fried to a golden perfection and had an aroma and taste that was that mouth-watering delicious. Again, no dry chicken. Chicken was juicy + flavorful.
Happy Customers: My husband and my boys loved the food so much, that they asked me if they could have 2nds AND 3rds; the littlest boy even snuck a “To-Go bite” of the General Tso’s chicken as he left the kitchen. That was after he already had a 3rd helping!
Staff even came out to help me load party platters to my car. A+ service!

Disgusting. This picture is supposed to be fried shrimp. I only went there because they used to have sausage spring rolls I loved, but even those were different. This wasn’t not good. It was literally “can’t swallow that” inedible. Ordered over $120 worth of food to feed the whole family, and I want to throw it all in the trash.
