The temperature of the restaurant on a 90° day was about 78-80 inside. I wouldn’t enjoy eating a hot meal in their dining room. The service was fast for a call ahead soup and eggroll. I wouldn’t consider the pork eggroll to be much of a “pork” eggroll- completely lacked any pork. The hot and sour soup is.. hot but not so much sour. At other restaurants I’ve received this soup with a mix of vegetables which add textures and flavor. Mushrooms and an unknown onion looking vegetable were all that was found. I thought it lacked the flavor that it deserved. I would likely not return due to food flavor. I will say my food was extremely hot so I don’t doing that it was fresh. Maybe other things are good from here, for take out.

Greasy egg roll, Bee with Broccoli was disgusting, meat was all fat. Pork fried rice? I challenge anyone to find more than 3 little pieces of pork. I really dont understand the good reviews. And please do NOT call this NY style; not even close.

Great take out!! I love Chinese food, and this is definitely the best I’ve tasted in Venice. The service is quick, the orders are always ready when I go to pick them up and the staff always friendly. They have some indoor casual seating, and their menu is very extensive!

Great food and great prices. Fast service and friendly faces. I got so much on my combination platter I couldn’t eat it all, so I finish it up for lunch. I had the chicken lo mein it had plenty of chicken!! We took a group of kids on a charter run to Venice High School from Manatee County. I definitely recommend this place they were very busy!

I was here at about 3:15 p.m. – just before their lunch prices changed at 3:30. The lady all but ignored me. The lunch combo specials come with your choice of egg roll or drink. I paid for my lunch and she didn’t ask me which I wanted. And the food? Bland!!! It hardly had any taste at all! I don’t understand all the good reviews. I definitely won’t go back. Just bad!

I have been eating here for 15 years and when I was in college I used to be a delivery driver! This place is family owned and they take pride in their work and it shows. The food is awesome and not expensive and I can attest that they’ve kept their business small so they can make everything by hand. I highly recommend this place. The egg rolls are out of this world!

The restaurant is a perfectly serviceable take-out Chinese place. The standards are all here, and the quality/quantity is very fair for the price point. The staff is friendly and quick. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that this is pretty much bog-standard; there’s nothing wrong with any of it if you’re just looking for classic Americanized Chinese.
The spartan interior makes it a better choice to take your food to go – but it’s a nice set-up to place an order, pick up some groceries from Publix, and grab your hot food on the way back to the car.
