Food wasn’t great:
6 shrimp in a whole order rest of the entree was nothing but onions and peppers. The shrimp were gritty and chewy.
Hot and sour soup, bland and flavorless.
Lomein was made with freaking spaghetti noodles and are just flat disgusting in taste. Not right at all.
Beef with mushrooms was slimy and bland.
Rice (white and fried) tasted stale and old. Tiny portions.
Crab Rangoons were fishy, not in a good way.
Pot stickers were… Okay, I guess.
I spent 80 for something I’m
basically not gonna eat..
I called down there to ask about bringing it back and getting a refund and the lady on the phone was beyond rude.
I told her the food wasn’t good that wasn’t a good enough explanation, she wanted specifics. She said I could come down there to talk about it. She said she’d, “Never had this before.”
I just want my money back.
DO NOT EAT HERE
I have never before eaten chicken pad Thai that had cabbage, carrots, and huge slivers of onions in it. I could not eat it and had to throw it away. I’m now out 25 bucks. I won’t be ordering from this place again. I consider this to be false advertising. I’ve eaten pad Thai prepared a specific way, over several years, spanning several different areas. And never was it prepared like this. All those added vegetables change the flavor. The noodles were drenched in some sort of sauce that I could not identify. Just some random brown sauce. Something tells me that the five-star ratings are coming from people who don’t even use salt, pepper and garlic powder in their own houses.
I’m sure your other stuff is really good, but when you say that you’re selling pad Thai, actually prepare it the way it’s supposed to be. I could have made that better at home. I’m tired, so I wanted to treat myself to something. And now I have this horrible taste in my mouth that I’m not going to be able to easily get rid of.
