Worst Chinese food ever! I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they pulled nuggets out of the freezer and they fried them and put the sauce in the side instead of mixing it with the chicken and it tasted freezer burnt. And the wonton soup was pretty nasty . Never will I order from there again . I hope I don’t get food poisoning from eating that nasty food .did not want to leave recommendations but had too in order to post . I do not recommend anything from that place . Does not even deserve a 1 star rating

We tried China Jade again after a few years away and the food was delicious. I mean really good. They have really big portions and are very affordable. The food was really good. The Singapore Style Noodles are really spicy like they should be.

Staff was polite and apologized, but our carryout order was 25 min late.
Spare ribs were overcooked and the beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli. Orange chicken was way to sweet. Fried rice was good, well cooked and had lots of onions.

Ordered take out for the first time. Order was not correct. Instead of Chicken fried rice I got chicken lo mein? Fried chicken and egg rolls were cooked so hard. Normally order from Rice kitchen but was trying to do something different. Delivery guy was really nice.

Will be contacting the Health Department about this place. The cashier gave my order to another customer initially who in turn rifled through my bag to realize she hadn’t ordered chicken wings. Cashier then handed it to me and upon inspecting the food not only was the chicken out of the paper wrappers and exposed but I realized they tried to serve my kids and I uncooked chicken wings. I ordered 2 orders of 4 piece wings with fried rice and in each order we received 3 uncooked wings and 1 over cooked drumstick. When I asked about the drumsticks and our missing wings I was told they had ran out and the cashier proceeded to convince me to have them recook the same wings for a longer time. She tried to go through my bag with her dirty plastic money handling gloves to pick up the unwrapped wings to re-fry them. By the way my kids and I waited for over an hour and the cashier disputed giving me a refund for 10-15 minutes before finally voided my sale. I’m pretty sure they served the food from my order to someone else. Not trustworthy establishment. Absolutely horrible and frightening experience!!

First time ordering food here! The seafood boil was extremely good! Their sauce was beyond my expectations and the lady that attended to me was very polite and had a face mask on.
Already told a few friends about them and gave the address, and I recommend anyone to patronize them. I’ll definitely be ordering soon again.

This used to be our go to spot. Hadn’t ordered in a few weeks, called to place delivery order and first thing I ordered was egg rolls, they even asked pork or shrimp. Then I had forgotten to order spring rolls and called back to add back on to my order and was confirmed. The food arrived and neither item was in my bag. Called back to complain and all I was told was that if I wanted to receive them I had to pay the driver in cash. With the virus going on most places aren’t even accepting cash. So I had to sit at the table with an empty place because my whole order was missing from the bag. Very unpleasant experience and will not be ordering here again.

Awful service. Ordered ahead. Food not ready when arrived. When we got it home, all was cold, mushy and old!!!!!
Called to speak to a manager to complain. Called three times that night and three times the next day. That night the phone was placed down on counter twice, for long periods of time, and the third time I was hung up on!!! During one of the times I was put “on hold” I could hear another patron complaining that they had been waiting an hour!!!
The next day, twice I was hung up on and then the third time phone was placed on counter again…..for an extremely long time while I could hear employees arguing.
We use to go here often but new ownership is AWFUL . Will never return. How on earth do you hang up on a customer asking to speak to a manager???

Worse Thai food I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and Basil Fried Rice with chicken. The fried rice had no fresh basil as you would expect. They sprinkled basil seasoning on top. Dried basil taste nothing like fresh basil whatsoever. The Pad Thai had a weird aftertaste and the placed a rubbery overcooked fried egg on top. The shrimp were teeny tiny and of very poor quality. Not worth the $$$ at all.

I got the vegetable Egg Fo Young and had my leftovers today and the mushrooms were disgusting and slimy. It had no flavor and I swore there were maggots in the food. They were too big to be rice. They were curved and had lines on them. I wanted to throw up. I threw it away. No one will ever compare to China Moon they closed. Definitely do not get food here. The chicken is slimy too and tough. Gross!!
